First impression, service oriented 100%! Our furnace stopped working tonight, googled nearest furnace service and so glad to have found Matt at Heating Ninja. Why I’m taking the time to write a review is because Matt is truly all about helping people out, very professional. After asking how soon can someone come look at it, he starts by asking us questions, trying to troubleshoot over the phone. Yes! We could tell straight away he’s trying to save us a trip if it’s an easy fix. Let me tell you, these days you get reception and they’ll start by saying it’ll cost you $190 just to have a guy come look at. Nobody will ask you what’s the problem. I know we just spoke over the phone for 15 min. But I feel he’s trustworthy. He’s both extremely knowledgeable and friendly! We will call Matt from now on! If you live in the SE we highly recommend!

His install team were friendly, extremely helpful, and did a great job. I would recommend Heating Ninja to anyone looking for HVAC work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to start? Matt and Joel are simply amazing. It’s never fun when your furnace doesn’t work especially when it’s below zero outside.
Matt came over multiple times to made sure the real problems is detected and fixed instead of just assuming and changing parts that are not required to be changed.
Very reasonable priced, he also replaced my humidifier for much less then I was quoted for previously.
Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually don’t leave good or bad comments. But Matt’s professionalism compels me to leave a note asap. Furnace broke down in -18 degree tonight at 8pm. Can’t find technician from any large company to drop by to check on issue. Called Matt and he patiently trouble shooted the issue over the phone. Furnace still needs the draft inducer replaced but he got it back up and running temporarily, all over the phone. That’s how amazing he is. He is coming over tomorrow to install a draft inducer. Will definitely use him for all future furnace related installs/repairs.

We have already found local electrician we trust . Then , this company “ The Heating Ninja “ to take care of heating system in our home. A month ago , our furnace had not worked probably and showed some code with blinking light. We called This company as it had great reviews….Well, it was true! We were impressed how quickly Matt had responded and resolved our problems and replaced a troubling part that caused problem in 2 days ! Then, again, second time , we had some issue of humidifier. We called him , He showed up , thing resolved! Very Satisfied! We will continue to use his service and support his company for a very long time! .Very recommend!

As a bonus he explained the parts of the furnace and simple troubleshooting I can do in future, and sells furnace filters at basically an Amazon price. All around great experience, highly recommend!

They took their time, explained what they were doing, teaching me about my furnace, my AC and even my hot water tank. They fixed mistakes from previous owners, were polite and made the whole experience enjoyable. If you want a company that will ensure you have the best experience, leave your mechanical room in better shape than when they walked in and trust that they are doing what's best for you....it's this company. They hire for quality not for quantity! Plus top notch warranty options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our furnace die on Sunday and they had a new furnace installed by end of day Tuesday. I couldn’t find anyone else that could accommodate that (and that was very worrisome because we were heading into another cold snap with temps in the minus 30’s). Matt (the owner) was so easy to talk to and he juggled the schedule to help us out. That’s awesome customer service! Joel and Matt (the guys who put the furnace in) were very meticulous and had it done in the promised 6 hours. I will tell everyone about The Heating Ninja.
