I set up a meeting to test drive the vehicle. Realizing that there were several other vehicles of the same model on the lot outside I figured it would be of one of those vehicles. But to my surprise when I arrived Tim had my specific vehicle outside. Running. And cleaned. Before we headed out on our drive Tim went through a lot of the features of the vehicle. even more3 surprising was that the vehicle I was looking at was not native to Hyundai. Tim really did his homework. I will be definitely be back.

She is awesome because she was very clear with her instructions from the starting and gave me the best price in Calgary. The staff is very friendly and the manager was nice too. They are very clean and well-maintained. Don’t think too much before going to them because they make our dreams come true and understands our excitement as well!

Rashelle was exceptional -- from the moment we walked in to test drive the car to the moment we picked up our vehicle. She was very thoughtful and proactive; she was responsive to our needs and requests and answered all of our questions and more. I have to say that we were almost ready to stop looking for a vehicle until next year but our experience with Rashelle made a huge difference. The finance process, the location manager's effort to meet with us at the end -- that was also a nice touch. But Rashelle was the shining star.
When we picked up our vehicle, everything was ready and the process was smooth. She took the time to show us all the features and she definitely knew the ins and outs. We felt very confident leaving with our brand new Santa Fe. Thank you, Rashelle!

IRYNA walked me through every detail of several vehicles...I had a hard time deciding! I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. She was very patient and courteous and genuinely excited to show me each feature on each one. She helped me pick out the perfect match - and we had fun doing it!!! A genuinely wonderful person who really wants to make people happy :)
JARED the Manager was again - ever so patient, working his magic to make sure I felt happy with the deal and confident in my new purchase. No high pressure closing tactics, he really listened to me and made sure I was happy with every detail of the purchase.
BRITTANY in Finance was so helpful and fun to deal with! She took her time explaining every detail of the finance side, including credit scores, warranties etc. She had me approved in minutes and made me feel confident in the coverage protection (even saved me some money from my insurance company!). There was total transparency and she answered every question I had (and I had many!).
Looking forward to my lifetime car washes - just so I can stop in and say hello to these wonderful folks!

Despitefrustration with chip shortage that has resulted in car availability in show room, she's able to convince us to order one from factory, she helped follow up with production and shipment in timely manner. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying a new car can go one of two ways ; it can be a fantastic experience or a nightmare. If you would like a fantastic experience I recommend you go see Ryan at South Trail Hyundai. As our family grew my old vehicle just didn’t suit our needs any longer, we went into the dealership and we’re greeted by Ryan. He showed us around, took us on a test drive and helped us factory order a new Palisade. When we went to pick it up he walked us through the entire vehicle, showed us around the dealership and made sure all of our questions were answered.
