Open and honest review while looking for a new vehicle. Southtrail Nissan is definitely the place to go. Being open for only a few years, many people may not realize it's right around the corner in New Brighton. It's a hidden gem. First off this place is beautiful. Well organized with a friendly atmosphere. We brought our 2 children under the age of 8 and even the kids were greeted! They like being noticed ha ha. I had booked an appt online. Rae was efficient and helpful. When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly face named Devyn. Devyn was informative and made us feel comfortable right off the bat. She worked hard to get us a great deal with no BS. She's confident without being arrogant and so friendly that we felt at ease. When we agreed upon a purchase price, the dreaded appointment with the financial manager was next. BUT DON'T FREAK OUT! I spoke with Darcy and instantly felt comfortable. He's calm and speaks to you, not at you. He was very informative and open and honest. He was quick to respond to questions I had even after I had already picked up the vehicle. I left this appointment feeling respected and not taken advantage of. Also had a short interaction with Paul and he was great! Not pushy at all and honest. Every single person I interacted with, however short the conversation, was lovely. So no matter if you find the perfect vehicle or not, you'll leave here feeling super positive. Best dealership experience I've had in a very long time. Thank you so much to Devyn, Darcy and Paul for giving us a relaxed and stress-free experience. We're excited to drive our new vehicle!!

Awful experience. I hope by sharing my story, things will get improved. We went to see the Pathfinder on Sat. April 2nd. The car was not available for viewing inside the dealership, standing outside. Sales person, young lady with blond hair, greeted us. We said we do not want a test drive today, just sneak a pick inside. The lady said - OK. She took a form and started asking us personal questions: name, last name ect.. I asked why does she even need my last name if we intend just to have a look inside? She replied "Do you want to see the car?!". Well, not so much. We left. Thank you South Trail Nissan to making such an impression on me and creating this frustrating experience. I want to feel happy buying a car not pressured to do something and feel happy upon leaving. Sales specialists are the ones creating this atmosphere. If this is what Nissan has to offer, its said. My search circle got smaller by one make. I do not think I feel comfortable walking to your dealership again.

I am so happy with this place!! Best Nissan dealership out of all in Calgary. I’ve been to every single Nissan dealer and this is the only one that has truly helped me out and serviced me their best. South trail Nissan has the most amazing team and service is outstanding. Sam in particular has given me the most welcoming, excellent service with all the issues I had with my vehicle. Thank you for your lovely service!!! 100% recommend.

Shopping for a vehicle at South Trail Nissan was a great experience for my wife and I. Nik Mihalopoulos and Matthew Chow were most helpful in assisting us in finding the right vehicle for our needs. New dealership has a great sales staff to serve you. I was searching for a fairly new SUV, and was pleasantly surprised , within 24 hours, several vehicles were found. I test drove the one I was most interested in, in a few days everything was arranged. A huge shoutout goes to my sales tech, Logan, awesome service. A complete explanation of electronics followed, greatly appreciated. Fantastic experience.

I just had my car serviced at this Nissan dealership and was absolutely delighted with the customer service I received. From start to finish all my questions were answered and taken care of. From the receptionist Jasmine, to the customer service rep. Sam, I was treated excellently. It is a beautiful facility, very clean and new and very safe. It’s also located close to my home, so also a plus for me. I would highly recommend using this dealership for all your Auto needs. On time service was also great.

Came to this dealership looking for a new truck. Scott Eger and the whole team there made the process very simple. I pre ordered a brand new frontier and took delivery almost 2 months earlier then expected! The finance team made it a breeze and found me a better rate then even my own bank! Very happy with my whole experience there and I will definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family that are looking for a vehicle. Thanks South Trail!

If you're seeing this, means you're looking for a car. I am willing to bet you're considered this place and Hyundai, let me tell you why this place is better. First of all, they don't try and force a bunch of after market sales on you, that can be as much as half the sticker price. The sales reps, actually listen and try and get you what you want, not focused on pushing more things unto you, and if the car you want isn't there, they'll be honest and tell you if you have a better shot elsewhere. Nissan prices are the most reasonable as of 2022 in all Calgary, all cars of other makes that are equivalent are $5k+ more expensive. Back to the sales Rep, if you choose to go here, ask for Logan, he's a cheerful guy and honestly the best sales experience, at some point it felt like I was dealing with a friend, and not a sales vulture. If they didn't have what I wanted, he wasn't trying to push another model on me. Be sure to ask for LOGAN, hopefully Nissan is smart and do whatever it takes to keep him. If Logan isn't there, ask for Ify, he's also great. If you find the car you want, make sure they transfer you to Matt Chow the finance manager, he's super helpful, understanding, and Patient. Replies quick and is supper accommodating. If you've made this far, good luck, I've giving you the best insider info into turning this major step/purchase into one you'll always be fund off. You'll leave knowing you made the right choice (regardless of if you buy a car or not). Tell Logan another another person posted a great review cause of him, so he must be doing something right! ?
