Then today they can’t change the oil because there is a wrong/ aftermarket drain plug in the pan. Clearly the previous tech stripped it without saying anything to anyone. But somehow they don’t feel it’s their fault or issue. Further, the person replying is asking for the customer to further work and contact for follow through with personnel information. They should be reaching out to the customer not the other way around. Very unprofessional. Never go there, and the upselling is off the hook rediculous.
J	Jenna Bertsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doug was extremely professional and SUPER honest with us at our service - we had transmission fluid changed at a Mississauga location and they over filled the fluid which was causing some issues in our vehicle and he was QUICK to diagnose this, fix it, and help us with what to do moving forward if our issue persists. 10/10 only going to this location moving forward. GREST WORK DOUG!!!!!!

Rob goes out of his way to ensure things are done right, has no problem teaching and explaining things to me. There's no BS, straight up, and they are always so helpful. They treat me like gold which makes me come back time and time again. Most places would nickle and dime me, yet these 2 have both done little things they didn't need to and didn't even charge me. I appreciate it so much. This is how you retain customers it's in the little things. If these guys ever leave I shall follow! Thank you guys, from the woman in the red Ford escape! A	Akemi Tams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the 130th. shop first, but there was 2 hour waiting time to check the tire. I drove only 5 minutes to this location. Malyk and Dawson took me into the bay right away. Although they didn't find the slow leaks after spending 5 minutes, they didn't charge me for anything. They told me kindly that if it started leaking again and bring it back. Very professional and friendly service. I'd definitely go back there again. Thank you!!

I had a significant oil leak and he and his staffed performed an inspection and determined that my vehicle had an oil pan casket leak. They topped me up with oil at no charge and sent me on my way to the dealership! Fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable! Thanks Rob.

They tried to tell me I had a transmission leak which they would have kindly fixed. Little did these up-sellers know that my vehicle is connected to On Star and monthly reports say my vehicle is in perfect condition and didn’t need any of the work they wanted me to do. There is a mobile one across the street - use them instead.

B	Barrett Morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my vehicle in for a tire repair and left with a scratched rim (all over the face of the rim). I proceeded to submit a claim only to be told (after an "investigation") that the fresh scratch marks were from me and couldn't possibly be from the workers. I had to wash the shop dirt off of the rim's scratches, it was only on the rim they worked on and they still wouldn't take ownership. I understand that the job of the "investigator" is to not pay a claim any way they can, but this didn't feel right or fair. If you're reading this review before tire work, it is my opinion that you SHOULD NOT have tire repair work done here. In my experience, they will damage your property and then blame the damage on you and make you pay for the "service".
