★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The scope of work to fix a scratch and scrape on my trunk didn't appear to be significant, but that didn't stop the folks at Dilawri from exhibiting a level of professionalism to the highest standard throughout the process. From the time I walked through the door and was greeted by one of the administrators, to my initial meeting with Doug Potter the Appraiser to discussions with Cam Lock the Shop Foreman, and the ever impressive Cassie Rossen, the Collision Centre Manager - I was fully engaged through the entire repair process. Cassie led the charge with accommodating my schedule; keeping me informed and delivering a final product that was remarkable. I am truly appreciative to the entire team's efforts to go above and beyond and providing a terrific experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a very good experience with Shelby when I came to the shop and ask her to appraise the repair cost for the front bumper of my car. She was very accommodating and explained everything to me and gave me a reasonable cost as well. She’s wonderful with all her welcoming smile!???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I unfortunately was in a car accident (I was rear-ended) at the end of the year last year. My car was a brand new Hyundai Kona (2020) and since it was brand new I wanted to have my repairs done somewhere I trusted and who would do a good job. Dilawri Collison Centre was excellent from the start. They were very thorough with my damage report, was quick to respond to emails and phone calls, they were so helpful with insurance, and helped book my rental car. I am so happy with their repairs and if I ever need any other car maintenance I will definitely bring my car back to them. Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my BMW here on appraiser's recommendation. Although time to repair was longer than appraiser's estimate, as a BMW certified repair center, they insist on repairing to BMW "as built" standards, and give a detailed guarantee for as long as owned, and information to BMW that repairs are up to standard so value at trade isn't compromised. I was kept informed of each step in the process, and the vehicle was perfect when I picked it up. Recommended.

Shelby my Appraiser did a fantastic job of always keeping me in the loop and making sure I’m informed of everything that went on with my vehicle. All in all I thought it would be a stressful process because I’ve never had to leave my car at a body shop before but Shelby made the process so much smoother and easier and it really helped my peace of mind. Appreciate you Shelby ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seamless Service--from Start to Finish! Dilawri Collision Centre staff, specifically Appraiser Shelby Muller, were exceptional. I was provided a very timely and personal service, and made to feel like I mattered, that someone cared, as opposed to a Ticket # Assembly Line approach. I did not choose a rental car option and greatly appreciated Free Uber rides to and from my home. Update communications were consistent and detailed. The body work and vehicle detailing were flawless. I would definitely recommend this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my vehicle to the Dilawri Colission Centre Calgary after a third party incident caused a body damage on my vehicle (Mini Cooper 2018). I would like to particularly thank the account manager ( Shelby Muller ) who helped me far beyond my expectations to deal with my first driving incident in Canada : She successfully liaised with the third party who was in fault in that accident and helped me sort out all financing details from third party with zero stress from my side ( All I did was to provide the contact of the third party and everything was handled without my intervention). She presented all the repair options on time and booked rental vehicle during the repairs , the vehicle was serviced with new mini parts and certified Mini repairs then returned to me on schedule , cleaned as new ( In and Out ) and disinfected ( Important by these times ) - This was first class service in my Opinion and I would recommend the Dilawri Collision Centre anytime if anyone looking for certified and professional vehicle repairs need similar services. Thank you Shelby for turning a situation that would have been a nightmare during holiday seasons to an enjoyable and good learning experience. Happy New Year !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my vehicle to Dilawri Collision Centre for an appraisal for damages caused by a motor vehicle accident that occurred shortly before the holiday.
I had the pleasure of working with Shelby, the appraiser, and from the second I met this lady her professionalism, knowledge and confidence thoroughly impressed. She raises the bar for industry standard.
She was prepared, armed with knowledge about my vehicle, the company warranties and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Her communication at all stages was above expectation.
The insurance industry is very busy and Shelby went above and beyond by preparing a very detailed appraisal and presenting it to my insurance adjuster which in effect sped up the process for me (and I'm sure made things easier for the adjuster).
My vehicle was repaired timely, economically, perfectly and backed by an exceptional warranty. Everyone I came into contact with at this location was happy and helpful. This speaks volumes about the team at Dilawri.
I highly recommend Dilawri Collision Centre.
