Dealing with them has been the most frustrating process and I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone. They do not have the skills to paint match your bumper which results in bumpers that do not match the color of your car. Professional body shops would blend the paint to match but they clearly are not capable of that and will provide every excuse under the sun including “the car looks better in the sun”. They have had my vehicle in the shop for a month and they have tried to match the paint a second time and I still have a different color bumper than my car. Extremely disappointed that they continue to go the cheap route but if you want you car to be mismatched colors, this is definitely the place to go!
j	joseph oliverio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT bring your car here. After our paint repair, our car looks worse than it did when we dropped it off. 1. They do not blend the paint (unless you fight them) 2. Their paint matching skills are 0/5 3. They only use metal paint cards for their jobs. These 3 items result in a paint job that won’t even match your car. Our car was repainted 3 times by the guys here at east lake. Each time the paint was off. I had the chance to even look at the paint cards and while we agreed the paint cards didn’t match. They still proceeded to paint the car that colour… This location uses metal paint cards. These are used to ensure the paint MATCHES the car. Now, using metal paint cards works perfectly on metal parts. But with bumpers being plastic, plastic paint cards should be used. This is done at many highly rated repair shops but lower end repair shops like to skip on this. For the 3rd repair we got them to finally blend the paint. But with the colour match not matching initially the bumpers still look a completely different shade than the car. Now Brandon (Manager) was very nice. But after the 3rd repair done and the shop insisting this is their best work, we decided to cut our losses. We are stuck with a car with different colour bumpers when originally all bumpers matches perfectly. We highly recommend not bringing your car here as their “best work” is sub par.
