I have dealt with Chris & Michelle and the Home Mortgage Team on multiple properties and the transactions have always run smooth and efficiently. They are well connected with the best realtors, lawyers and banks in town. Save yourself a lot of trouble and just go to them first. The best mortgage rate is not important if the mortgage broker/bank can't get it for you. Highly Recommended!

Working with Chris and Michelle is very different. They have their client's best interest in mind and ensure they get them the best deal for their current situation and set them up for success long term. They are extremely organized and are great to work with. I would definitely recommend using them for all mortgage needs.
