She took the time to explain every possible scenario when it came near to renewal, explained all the pros and cons of all our options, allowing us to lock in a rate months before the actual renewal date. The timing was perfect as we secured a significantly lower rate than the lowest industry rate at the time and paid the lowest penalty for breaking the previous mortgage with the previous lender. So much so that the big bank broker said they couldn't even touch anywhere close to the rate we got. The timing of all of this with the pending rate hike (literally closed the day before) made my wife think I was some kind of genius but it was ALL Stacey. She's always available to answer any mortgage related questions, by phone or email and helps untangle any confusion you might have. Thanks Stacey !

I was buying while in BC and though I didn't end up using her (I had a pre-approved rate in BC), she encouraged me to go with my pre-approved rate, even if it meant not using her. She was very informative and patient with my many questions. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be working with her for my next mortgage.
