Wow, this was the most engaging and enlightening workshop that I have been a part of! Over the course of the three day workshop, Paul was able to keep the entire room focused through engagement, stories, anecdotes, and just his overall passion for the subject! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently attended the CPSA Professional Selling 3 day workshop with Base Over Apex. The workshop contained a lot of material and Paul covered it extremely thoroughly in an extremely engaging and interesting manner. Paul is a dynamic speaker and uses real life and often personal experience examples to help participants grasp the material and understand how it can be applied to their own workplace. I had no sales training before this workshop and sales is only a small portion of my role but Paul was able to help me see how Consultative Sales can help me in my role and really feel more comfortable and confident as I work to sell my company's services in a economy even in challenging financial times.
I would recommend this workshop to anyone involved in sales and more importantly I recommend that you make every effort to have Paul deliver it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Participating in the CPSA's Professional Selling class for three days was a invigoration to my sales career! Our facilitator, Paul, certainly believes in making our profession a truly pinnacle career for anyone who is determined to succeed.
His enthusiasm, and eagerness to involve everyone toward the journey of self discovery was great. I have participated in many sales training courses over my career in sales. However would have to strongly recommend that anyone looking to improve themselves, their sales team, or their organization to look into Base Over Apex and Paul Watts.

I have taken many courses over my 27 years with The Bolt Supply House but this and the Professional Sales Management course that Paul facilitates as well, were by far the best courses I have taken. Paul brings a lot of energy to each day and while the courses were long they went by very fast. Paul keeps everyone involved and engaged throughout the course. I would recommend Paul Watts to any organization looking to increase their sales and professional development of their associates.
