Let me take you on a journey as I tell you about how amazing Alim is. So my fiance and I had been trying to get approved for a bit over a year. I work in sales with super high turnover and he is a contractor so you can imagine how difficult that was. Alim was beyond helpful. He was informative, honest, relatable, fun, and just all around the most helpful person. During our process of getting an application together, you could email, text, or call Alim with any question and he will make sure that he gives you all the information he has and answers your question in record time! One time I emailed him with a question and two minutes later he calls me with an answer. Iconic. Fast forward a year and multiple times thinking we were reading to actually get approved and so much advice from Alim on how to make sure we are successful, and it's time to put together an application. With gritted teeth and fluttery stomachs, my fiance and I began to collect all the forms needed. Alim was very clear about exactly what we needed and how to submit it. He was there every single step of the way, not only helping us, but actively cheering us on. A few weeks later, BOOM. PRE APPROVED. And for more than we thought we would. Alim got us an amazing preapproval and interest rate. He worked so hard for us. Now fast forward again a few months. We find a house that is literally the PERFECT house for us.
