★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very query about this shop, they refuse to warranty a defective strut that cost 270$ plus labor, they refused to warranty it after it was installed 3 months prior, if you value your mechanics and your vehicles do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all cost, it’ll cost you more in the long run! Place is a joke!

Owner refuses to give suppliers name, mechanical parts are defective which basically means you refuse to stand by your product and your labor
Previous owner of the vehicle have been in contact with me and stated that she would call on my behalf to arrange work on the vehicle, vehicle was purchased in end of July based on the fact that both struts were operational, defective strut was mentioned and brought to your shop which you show no remorse and or class in doing what’s right. BBB will be notified of this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed with their honesty. Driving home last night in -35 weather my vehicle message came up as reduced engine loss, and service traction control. So Saturday morning trying to find an auto repair shop is not the easiest as most of them are closed. Well I found BB Auto Service and they were able to get me in, Saturday am walk in appointment. They called a few hours later and the test came up positive meaning that most likely due to the extreme cold weather it caused the error message. Picked up vehicle and it is running fine. I thanked them for their honesty as they did not charge me an astronomical amount to look at my car. They did not tell me that there were all these issues that needed to be repaired, as we know some auto repairs places including dealerships will do that to make the extra dollars. An honest location and impressed with their service they provided me and their honesty speaks volume about their business.

The were able to get me in right away and got the rock out no problem. It took all of 5 minutes... Thank you BB Auto you guys are amazing!!

There are not too many of them out there and it’s nice to know there are still some around. My friends husband recommended this place to and I am very glad I took his advice. Not only did he explain the problem with my car he showed me exactly where the damage was so I can understand. I plan to come here for all my future service needs and regular oil changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a journeyman technician and recently sold a truck to a lady who uses this shop. I had already thoroughly inspected the truck and knew it was in good condition. When the buyer wanted to have BB Auto perform a "second opinion" inspection, I was a bit apprehensive. On the one hand, I do always recommend a pre-purchase inspection to my clients. On the other, I knew nothing of this shop and worried that if they were slow, they might be looking for work and might be less than honest about the truck's needs.
I'm happy to report that Jas' inspection was both thorough and honest. He found a small issue that even I wasn't aware of, and was truthful about the rest. It's nice to know that there are other good guys like him in our industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in August of 2021, I had made a roadtrip down the Calgary for interviews and suddenly my car started making a clunking noise before I was about to head on my 3 hour drive home. I came to BB’s Auto Service 10 minutes to close asking for help as I was nervous to drive home. He was able to identify the problem, which was loose sway bar links. He tighter them up for me and had me on my way. Toast to amazing customer service and care from the guy here.
