Mark was phenomenal about explaining how to find tire sizes, and ordering the rims I needed. They were quick to call and explain my options when an old rusted lugnut broke. And also helped me fix a miscommunication quickly and stress free when they accidentally put my winter tires on my old rims, and forgotten to put my new rims on.
Normally I'd have been stressed/worried. But they took care of everything and all it took was a call to get them to look in and fix it!

Price, quality, and timing are all aligned with my expectations and beyond. I bought 16 tires in the past 12 years from Kal Tire and will keep buying from Kal Tire because it is so easy and pleased to do business with them, especially at this location -- best of bests based on my experience of past visits of multiple branches.

Everything arrived as scheduled, the guys were honest with the timeframe and the appointment was faster than I was told. Great shop and staff and I will be returning for my spring replacements. After taking my vehicle back to the dealership 2x to be told my leaking tire was fixed…Kaltire helped me discover the dealership missed the fact that a screw was stuck in my tire! Andrew knew this and fixed my tire free of charge:-) amazing customer service and extremely helpful!! Thanks so much:-) I will be back!

Lastly it’s not easy to trust people with your car but here your car is safe as they do the work needed and your vehicle comes back better then when you brought it in :). Yes I would definitely recommend this location and in fact moving forward I will be coming back here from now on and you should too!!
