★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always feel a bit hesitant when I see a company with only 5 star ratings(friends reviewing only), but after being referred by multiple people I decided to give them a call for my brakes. They were responsive and able to get me in the next day. I am confident with my brake system now, as I drive downtown quite often. They called me when they needed to go above the quote and didn't judge me for how long I let my brakes go. Will use them in the future.

They've helped me keep my 96 4Runner going for an extra 100,000km, and I have no doubts that it'll be going longer than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just put my Santa Fe (unfortunately needs a lot of maintenance) and the service here was great. After that experience I brought in the Toyota and they missed some front end problems. I took it somewhere else and they found the issue right away. Too bad because I even told Banno what I thought the issue was (I was correct).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Jetta needed a block heater for the cold weather that was headed this way, they informed me that they did not have any but had a similar option available. They were able to get the part in sooner than expected and the next day it was done. I would definitely bring my car back to banno auto whenever it needs services or things needed to it.
