They were professional, courteous and fully answered all of my questions - making the project much easier and affordable. Highly recommended! To echo what others have said, it can be a little tricky to find their store - but if you call them they'll be happy to guide you there.

The staff at Raintech are professional and courteous. Booking a service appointment is very easy and they always show up on time. The quality of work is great and they offer honest advise for known issues or items that need repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were satisfied with Raintech's installation service, they installed our in-ground sprinklers in one day with no mess. You can hardly even tell where the grass was disturbed and the sprinkler heads were installed. Since installing the sprinklers communication with the company has been extremely poor. I keep getting emails telling me I need to schedule all these inspections and tests with absolutely zero explanation or context as to why or what it is. I have asked for more information and they just repeat themselves without actually answering the question or providing more info. While they were great for the actual installation follow up communication and dealing with them after the fact has been extremely frustrating and more of a headache than I need. I would not recommend them.

Anytime I had questions they were answered extremely quickly. Would highly recommend either purchasing the so it yourself or hiring them to install. Either are great options!

A friendly person at reception made sure I had a timely appointement and followed up with a reminder. Thank you. Jeremy, the service person knew exactly what to do. He checked the system, fixed the problem I knew was present, repaired two faulty heads. He made several suggestions to improve the system and his explanations made great sense. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at Rain Tech getting the guidance I needed as a DIY homeowner doing a few small repairs to my irrigation system. All I did was buy parts but they gave me good advice and tips. The only issue I have with Rain Tech is that the return window for parts or supplies is only 10 days. I am stuck with some items that I don't need as the irrigation repair was over 10 days from the date of purchase. Not a big deal but I do find 10 days to do returns is insufficient. I don't recall being told the return window was 10 days but to be fair to Rain Tech, they did circle it on the invoice. 30 days to return supplies seems reasonable.
