My husband and I had a GREAT experience here! Gord was amazing, took over an hour and half to walk through everything with us. His sence of humour put us at ease, no question was stupid, just an all around great guy! Everyone here was like family, we shared laughs and felt completely comfortable! From when we walked in to when to when we left.. this entire experience was fabulous! Thank you to everyone, from explaining things to helping us to the car.. you are all wonderful! Thank you!

My experience with Arrkann started a year prior to my purchase when i brought my previous trailer in for winterizing. The service staff were able to immediately and confidently answer questions I had about my trailer that the selling dealer couldn't answer. This summer when planning to de-winterize my previous trailer, we discovered that at 3 years old it was falling apart waaaay to fast. Naturally, this was upsetting and shattered my confidence in the trailer lasting the years we wanted it to. After a call to Brock, my wife and I decided that we had the option to upgrade, take a pill on the current trailer and get something we can be confident in. Bob helped show us the trailer we were interested in and did a fantastic job showing us the the features. He was very knowledgeable and sincere. The whole process was genuine, no sales tactics, no gimmicks, just good people helping us in a tough situation. Michelle did a good job with the paperwork, make it quick, easy and stress free. Picking up the trailer took 4 hours, and I mostly blame my finicky hitch system. After getting our parts tour and getting loaded up with gear and swag, Cory and martin worked overtime to set up our hitch to get us on the road safely. Thanks Arrkann staff for everything!

We bought our first trailer from arrkan earlier this year and all i can say is it was a great experience from day 1 looking at trailers with Neil and the whole purchasing process with Michelle. We unfortunately had to go thru warranty for a water leak by the end of summer but arrkann took care of everything and it was a painless experience. They've earned our business for our future purchases and we'll recommend to our friends and family.

Just bought a 2022 Winnebago and had the best experience with Bob as our sales person, Michelle as the finance manager, and Gord as our demo tech. Wouldn’t have gone anywhere else!

Big thanks to Trisha at Arrkann Calgary. She took a very frustrating situation with our trailer and did her absolute best to keep us updated and deal with the issues. Her communication and customer service was refreshing and bang on. The warranty process was a bit of a pain but that had little to do with Arrcann and more to do with my trailer's manufacture/warranty approval process.. We truly appreciated her taking on the issues and being honest and upfront around timing expectations. We did experience poor customer service at other Arrkann locations which makes this experience with her even more impactful and impressive. I would like to take some time to tell you about our experience with ArrKann Trailers in Calgary. We made a purchase quite some time ago (March 6) during an indoor RV show. My wife and I have been talking about getting a new trailer for about 4 or 5 years but our 2007 Hybrid owed us nothing as we had it since brand new. I had seen this model of trailer that we purchased online a few times but we went to this RV show as we heard the advertising on the radio and I seen it on social media too. After walking around and going through 20-30 trailers we kept coming back to the one that we had already identified as something we wanted. We finally got the opportunity to speak to a salesman, his name was Rob Minarchi, we later found out that he was far more than a salesman he was the Director of Sales and Finance. He took a lot of time to give us a lot of information and knowledge so that we could make an informed decision. My wife and I over analyze everything! Rob introduced us to another person on this day, Brett, who also helped out with giving us some specific details on the trailer we were committing to purchasing. There was ZERO pressure from these two guys. They left us to contemplate the large purchase and we relaxed in the demo of our soon to be new trailer. After some time they came back in and I asked Rob a question, which I hope he didn't take too personally or as an attack. I asked him, "why have I never heard of ArrKann RV?" Rob took total ownership of that and told us that he is the reason we haven't heard about them, he obviously hadn't marketed it well enough. They were newer to the area in Calgary but they still sell the same name brand RV's as all of the other more well known places. We were told that with Covid they couldn't promise our exact delivery date however they had already pre-ordered 4 or 5 of these units and we could get ours on our first shipment. We were even offered to use their community events demo trailer when we sold our trailer, as we didn't want to be without a trailer for very long but we wanted to sell our used trailer privately while the market was hot. We did go without a trailer for a little bit and never bothered taking Rob up on the offer to use their community events trailer. If there was one thing that could have been better, it would have been the communication while we waited for our new trailer. To be my own devil's advocate, what would they say if they didn't know of an ETA? Yup, it is still being built. Yup, it is still on order. Yup, Covid sucks... When we finally got the call a few weeks ago that our trailer was ready, it was a great feeling but also an oh sh!t moment. We now had a new, bigger trailer and now all of a sudden we had the sticker shock moment. We scheduled for a pickup on a Saturday afternoon and when we got there we knew we were dealing with Neil as he would do the orientation/demo. He was fantastic and took us through everything, alot of things we knew but a lot of items were new compared to our 2007 trailer. We dealt with a few different people over the course of 3 months, most of which were in the final week leading up to the pickup date. Rob, Brett, Brock, Neil, Michelle and Chelsea. Everybody was absolutely fantastic and really treated you like family. Not the old crazy aunt type family, more like the family you enjoy being around. We picked up the trailer on June 12th and have had a couple of weekends in it. When people asked me recently how I like the trailer? I tell them I like everything about it other than the price tag. After staying in it for the first couple trips I have forgotten about the price tag and we are super happy with the purchase. Thank you to everybody from the ArrKann family for making this purchase a great one so that our family can continue to make more memories like the ones we made in our 2007 Coyote Hybrid.

We bought our trailer from them. Will never buy from them again. We recently needed a part ordered for our furnace. Lady said she could order it be here Tuesday. Called her Tuesday apparently she never even ordered it. Good thing we don't rely on them. Got the part from another place yesterday in city they had in stock. Seems everytime we have a problem it's the whatever attitude with them.

I purchased my trailer from ArrKann several years ago and they have helped me out quite a lot. Coming back from the US in High covid season, we had to isolate in the trailer in Canada. My furnace packed it in and their service manager drove a new part out to me and provided moral support for me to install the new part. Each time I've had a problem or needed something the couple of different ArrKann locations I have gone to, helped me quite a lot. At this point I have nothing but good things to say about this RV dealer
