★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3weeks to do a CVIP, with 1 1/2 week doing nothing, when i take back my equipment i still had some trouble plus leaks on my air system, and tell me to go somewhere else to be fix!! I do not envourage anybody to bring his truck there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had the choice I would not use these guys. They have great staff that are friendly but I picked up a trailer that just had a Cvip and it had a flat!!!! What???
Went inside and told them and they informed me that they do not do flats!!! Really??? How can you give it a OK to be on the road if it has a flat???? You should loss your license to service trailers if you can not even call a company to fix a flat before you say it is SAFE to travel the roads!!!!!
But because I haul for a company this is the only way I have to complain. Very disappointing that service is not a word that has much meaning these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company I work for has been using RPM for the last 20 years. I've been dealing with them for the last 12 years as the fleet manager in our Edmonton location. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys! Excellent work, friendly staff and if there ever is an issue, which there rarely is, they find a way to correct it ASAP. We will be using them for another 20+ years!
