They had some shedul8ng issues/ trouble, so my unit was not ready as scheduled. Luckily, it was no big deal, and eventually they did get it done. Unfortunately, I was told by an employee that they would show me how to winterize my unit if I brought it back in the fall and paid for it at their hourly rate. Now, they say they don't do that (which I understand) I thought it was unusual, but, I didn't appreciate being lectured about how they are way to busy, it doesn't make sense, they don't make any money winterizing units BLAH, BLAH BLAH. I WAS told that they would by THEIR service tech. NOT MY MISTAKE. Unfortunate.

Price was as advertised, I picked the dates for drop off and pick up, Christina at the front is really nice, and easy access on pavement. Also technician noticed roof seals in need of care which was very helpful to me. Will book time with them to get this done as I am very happy with the overall service.

Didn’t do a proper assessment so after we got our trailer back we had issue after issue with the trailer. Yes they did fix some of the issues (that they caused) however, we still had issues not solved and their response was this: “When you take your motor home or trailer for problems it may come back with new problems that was created when sitting there”. Left a sour taste in my mouth and for the last repair that they should do cause it was their fault to begin with we will be taking it else where.

Got the basic work done so we could camp the rest of the summer, then they finished the job once we were done for the year. On our first trip this year we found an odd noise in the AC unit they had installed. I did an after hours drop on a Sunday and they has the issue fixed by Wednesday! Awesome turn around during the busy season thanks Wild Mountain!

When I had to get my leaf springs replaced I thought of them. Wild Mountain RV with Amanda and the team was amazing. I will definitely come back when I need stuff done to my RV. Thanx again team.

They know their stuff and they do quality work and find they are reasonably priced. Recently got new tires and axle and brake service for my travel trailer. Can't recommend them enough. Trailer all ready for another season!
