Work included exterior body repairs, servicing a 3 way fridge and finding a propane leak caused by an incorrect propane regulator. Quality, cost and timing of these jobs were all excellent. Would not hesitate to return for future work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a deal remotely as I live 7 hours away, everything was going well, good communication etc.
Friday after work drove 7 hours through the night to be at the dealership for 9am. Started walkthrough of the RV, it is a 2019, aka used but still quite new.
Discovered a whole bunch of damages that were NEVER mentioned.
Pieces of trim ripped off the wall, blinds broken in half.. missing table, missing stereo remote, couch was ripped off and rebolted back 1 inch to the side.
When questioned the sales rep about all the damage, was told they don't care about cosmetic damage, that is my problem, about the couch specifically, sales rep lied to my face saying it was "probably caused by a bicycle or something being transported inside" the RV is a toy hauler, despite it being 6 (3 per side) distinct holes that match up perfectly to the couch mounting plate on both sides, and there being 6 old screws in one of the cupboards. Not to mention staff being completely clueless about the products they sell, I have only been RVing for 2 years, they were not able to answer any of the questions I had, even worst is I had to inform them about numerous aspects of the RV. Overall, just a shameful job performance, my guess is most "sandwich artists" take more pride in their work.

As soon as you walk in the door, the staff clearly go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with you purchase. I have dealt with other competitors in the area and nothing comes even close to what you get from Guarantee RV.... seriously one of the best I have dealt with and I have purchased over 6 RV's .!!

Adjusted to from 2 star to 4 as Guarantee has been good enough Gus get in addressing deficiencies. Tracy in the finance department who was awesome- direct, forthright, transparent & knowledgeable- exceeded my expectations. Wish I could say the same about rest of our experience. Harry in service has been good thus far, addressing my concerns & will confirm when we go back to get our unit. Edit/ the service did live up & addressed our issues. But look at pics -take a close look at ur new units for factory defects. a brand new camper should not have these faults? A needless trip back to have dealt with costing time & $ but so far guarantee is showing to be an accountable supplier. Keep it up & we’ll b happy campers ?

Honest, friendly, helpful and accommodating staff, they are awesomely amazing people. Special mention to Brooke, Wayne, Misha, Ed, Harry, Trevor, receptionist on duty and the mechanic guy! They are reachable after work hours and they work with us on everything! Compared to other dealership we have experienced, Guarantee RV went way above and beyond!
