★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t stress how much grateful we are to find Springbank Pet Resort. We boarded our dog, Watson, for about two weeks and they were all very reassuring that she’s doing very well. They are very friendly whenever we call them and even granted to send us pictures while we’re out of the country. We can tell our dog had a blast! She seemed happy and healthy! Shout out to all the passionate caregivers Samantha, Amy, Michelle, Emma and to everyone! Keep up the great work! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a veterinarian (not affiliated in any way with Springbank Vet Clinic) and I highly recommend Springbank Pet Resort for cat boarding. I recently boarded by very frail and elderly cat here and not only is the facility spotless, but the cat area is bright, sunny, and spacious with many windows and a large area for the cats to mingle (if you choose) and stretch their legs. The caregivers sent me photos and updates of my boy while I was away. He thrived in their care and I will not only use their services again but I have recommended them to all my friends and my clients. Five stars only because ten wasn’t an option!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have never felt more comfortable taking our dogs somewhere for daycare or boarding. We have also never seen our dogs, who each have some unique challenges, as excited when we drop them.
All the staff at Springbank Pet resort have been really friendly and professional. We can see the relationships each of them have built with our pups and how much our pups love each staff members.
Great place and would recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't praise Springbank Pet Resort enough for their amazing care they provided for my fur baby Miko. I went through countless boarding places for my dog as his condition is very sensitive due to his medication and illness. However, Springbank vip staff was diligent and careful and provided Miko with the best care I could ever ask for. During the one month stay at the vip suite, I was constantly updated with his conditions and he came home in a better condition than when I dropped him off. Thank you Springbanks VIP staff, I appreciate all of your hardwork and the care you provided for my fur baby Miko.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was nervous to leave my anxiety disorder dog for boarding anywhere, but after daycare visits and several longer term stays this is the only place he'll ever go. He begs to get in and doesn't even look back when I drop him off (what's behind the magic door?? LOL) - he's clearly had a good time when I pick him up. I'm grateful for such professional trusted caregivers, I can now travel worry free. I know he's getting the best care possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our 9 month old Newfoundland Puppy here this last weekend! He has never been away from us as I work from home. I was nervous as to how he would be. He did amazing! The staff here is amazing. They updated me twice and even sent me a couple of photos! He had a blast making new friends and playing!! I can’t thank the staff here enough for taking such good care of our boy! They even gave him a complimentary bath when he was stinking from playing and rolling in the dirt. We will definitely be going back here any time we leave him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our dog here for doggy daycare (he loved it) and did a tour for boarding, as we plan to board there. We were surprised to hear that the last pee is 5:45pm and the earliest is 7am, meaning out 9 month old would need to hold for 13 hours (which I doubt he is able to do with his little bladder). We were told if they make a mess overnight this is fine. Just wanted to share so others with young pups are aware. Otherwise everything looked great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our four girls had a lovely time. The resort was so helpful putting my concerns at ease, as one of our dogs has some behavioral difficulties. The staff are patient and knowledgeable, and they clearly care deeply for the pets left in their care.
