★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to inquire about dog daycare and boarding and the lady was quite rude and instead of offering me up any information, telling me the process, what’s included or ANYTHING, she just said everything is on the website and to look there. The whole point of my call was to talk to someone directly and gather more information.
Not impressed and I won’t be bringing my dog here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our dog for grooming. They did not complete the full groom and charged us full price. When I called to find out what happened it took me 4 days to connect with the manager. The manager apologized and promised the next groom would be covered. We tried to take them up on the offer but conveniently there’s nothing documented on the account. To be clear: them not completing the groom was documented. Them charging full price for half a job was documented. Them following through on a commitment from their manager was not.
Be very cautious bringing your animals here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time leaving my dog for more than a day. He did great thanks to the kind staff. I called in every couple of days to check on my pup and got info. I love the report card at the end of the stay. I will definitely use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mom took her dog here for several years and used to be very pleased with the service and facility. However, the last couple times she was there, the staff was rude, her dog wasn’t groomed as requested, and overall they didn’t make her feel welcome. When she stopped bringing her dog for the regular grooming, there was no follow up or concern showed by the company either. Very disappointing!

Our pup has had nothing but positive experiences and he gets a ton of exercise and opportunities to socialize with dogs around his age and size. He's really enjoyed it and is always happy to go. Price is very reasonable as well for a full day of care. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience yesterday was awesome! Booking the initial appointment with Megan was very quick and easy. Our groomer Madi also did a great job on Bane's tidy. It was exactly what I was hoping for - I did appreciate her note upon pickup. His first day report card was also the sweetest touch (pack leader Jillian) - I was nervous/interested to see how he would do at day care. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
