This place is great they helped me with getting a new Car for my wife. They made it fast and easy and we got approved same day and get the car ready the next day. Super happy with our choice and great customer service with Ken Wong.

I recently bought a car from Moe at Infiniti Gallery. Moe was fantastic to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the car and was not pushy at all. Very respectful about me taking my time to make a proper decision while also answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend dealing with Moe as well as with the entire dealership. Attila (Pre-owned Manager) and Sheena (finance) were also friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

I highly recommend using Infiniti Gallery, the sales process and Ahmad are outstanding. From start to finish everything was thorough and was made to be one of the easiest purchasing experiences I have had. The real testament comes after the fact, which is where most companies can easily fall short. I won't get into the specific details, but on the parts side we made an order that my wife ended up being unhappy with the performance (completely our fault) and this company went way above and beyond what I would have expected as a consumer and for that if I could give 5 bonus stars I would. Solid all around!

Bought a 2019 QX50. Ivan Dong who worked with me through the process was upfront, very nice and super helpful. Anything I needed was taken care of. The car was spotless when I picked up and Ivan helped me with all the car functions and learning how to use my new ride. Sheena in accounting was also very helpful and renewed my almost expired registration, and made the process very easy.

My partner recently bought a new car from Infiniti Gallery Royal Oak. This was his first time purchasing a car, and he was extremely nervous about the process. While we had a poor experience with the financial department (unprepared, unclear on documents, unclear on agreed payments etc.). We had a fantastic experience with salesperson Jordan. She went above and beyond to try and rectify the situation. She spent hours answering questions and offering support. Anyone who needs a car, go to Jordan; she is amazing at her job!

The sales associate at this location was absolutely fantastic! She was an enthusiast who was full of very helpful information about my new Q60 Red Sport. She made the experience up to this point really fun. However, once she passed the reigns over to her finance and service department, it became a comedy of errors without apology. Incomplete, rushed, erroneous, mistake, after mistake, after mistake. They would apologize, they would say they would do better, they would set a new expectation but never follow through, they really never made any visible effort to pull things together. Fast forward one month and I reach out for a simple service request, and again fragmented, incomplete rushed service, causing nothing but frustration. Infiniti is a great brand, and the front-line people working here are really quite nice, but there seems to be some incompetence wreaking havoc somewhere here… This is taking what should be a luxury experience, down to the equivalent of the malfunctioning self check out at Canadian Tire. If you choose to shop here, I would just encourage you to temper your expectations. I’m sure when things go right it’s a good experience, but when things go sideways they just don’t seem to care.

It was a great experience for me working with Ken and Tarek while purchasing my new QX80. I drove up to them from far SE and had limited time in hand (only 45 min) to select a vehicle and Ken was so prompt on my trade-in evaluation and afterwards putting few offers together in text messages made my purchase a breeze. It took the shortest time ever for me to close a deal with them because their pricing was so transparent and fair. Tarek was also pretty awesome delivering my vehicle and resolving issues quickly. I highly recommend them for your next purchase.

By far the best dealership experience I have ever had. Moe Hachem was such a delight that my mom wanted to adopt him into our family and write him into her will ( I’m not joking ). Rob Walsh the general manager is the most friendly, caring, and sincere person you will ever meet and he will make sure to personally look after you as well. I’ve never had a manager do that, let alone the general manager. Mel did the financing and was fast and efficient. All in all this dealership puts you and your best interests first. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I wouldn’t hesitate to come here. I would give them more stars if I could. OH! And how could I forget about the receptionists and Valentina the delivery specialist! They are beyond lovely and welcoming. What great people they have to represent the dealership, brand, and auto group.
