We are overall pleased with our service over the years filled with many dealers, different cities and various people. However, our journey was not without ups and downs, some better and some worse experiences. This is why we feel that Village Honda in Calgary deserves a strong shout out as a superior experience well above the rest. Everyone we dealt with was sincere and professional along with being helpful and friendly. I’ve experienced my share of slick condescending salespeople over my life time which is why is was so enjoyable to deal with Michael Huynh. Sincere, friendly, real without that underlying feeling of manipulation that can surface in sales situations. He worked with us, listened to our situation, what we wanted and needed, and made it all come together, with patience. A wonderful person and a real joy to work with. There are several Honda dealerships closer to our house yet we happily go twice the distance to work with this team and their great work culture. We have also found the service team to be exceptional to deal with. Maintaining our car without stress, feeling like we understand the situation and are being treated well is huge for us. We love our new Honda and the entire experience was enjoyable instead of stressful. I highly recommend Village Honda and specifically Michael if you are looking at either a new or used car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I am a Honda lover I made sure to bring my CRV to this dealership.
After my oil change I did notice that my car had been dented by a another car door. I do know it was windy but you can clearly see that this was new damage. After messaging the dealer I was told they they would get back to me regarding this. 6 days later and after 2 days of messages with no reply I called to see what was going on. I was then asked why I called 6 days later regarding this damage. As per them this was not reported and was not there damage. The service agent did not even let anyone else know what was going on and neglected to tell the meager that this incident was reported. After I gave them this information they backtracked and told me that the will now talk to the manager again. (They are clearly trying to cover this up ) This is disappointing as I only use Honda for service and an now I am left with damage. I would like to say I would be back but I get the feeling this is one of those dealerships you try to avoid.
