★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up custom ordered blinds. No issues. Had a couple of no-maskers enter ahead of us and no one seemed to care. I assume masks are not mandated in this Town?? Appeared to be more workers than customers there yet no one offered to help us out the door with our large order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently this store doesn't get the same amount of stock as the stores in Calgary, even for something basic like sandpaper. But they always seem to be VERY overstaffed, with someone asking if they can help you in every section which gets really annoying if you are walking through the entire store and dont need help.

A great service day!
I came here to pick up a number of items. I asked the first employee I saw about an item I required and she quickly called over the radio to get me help. As I moved through the store picking up the items I came for, I had someone different helping me out. Each and every employee was quick to assist, even the cashier was excellent.
It is truly a testament to the customer service culture instilled in the employees of this store. I left feeling good about my shopping experience. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Customer Service!!! I have looked for LG AC and not able to find in Calgary. The staff was willing to spend time to find one and called me back because it was not on the shelf. Not only I bought what I wanted but the customer sevice I have experinced from Applince dept. and Curbside pickup/Customer service, it was worth to drive all the way to Okotoks!!
