Jurisdiction’s Restrictions: if You are residing in a jurisdiction which restricts the use of internet-based applications according to age, or which restricts the ability to enter into agreements such as this agreement according to age and You are under such a jurisdiction and under such age limit, You may not enter into this Agreement and download, install or use the eSSENTIAL Accessibility Software. Furthermore, if You are residing in a jurisdiction where it is forbidden by law to offer or use software for internet or Internet telephony, You may not enter into this Agreement and You may not download, install or use the eSSENTIAL Accessibility Software. By entering into this Agreement You explicitly state that You have verified in Your own jurisdiction if Your use of the eSSENTIAL Accessibility Software is allowed.

THE eSSENTIAL Accessibility SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER; the eSSENTIAL Accessibility Inc. DOES NOT, EITHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, CLAIMS OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE eSSENTIAL Accessibility SOFTWARE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR USE OR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. the eSSENTIAL Accessibility FURTHER DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE eSSENTIAL Accessibility SOFTWARE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ACCESSIBLE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE AND ERROR-FREE OR WILL OPERATE WITHOUT PACKET LOSS, NOR DOES the eSSENTIAL Accessibility WARRANT ANY CONNECTION TO OR TRANSMISSION FROM THE INTERNET, OR ANY QUALITY OF CALLS MADE THROUGH THE eSSENTIAL Accessibility SOFTWARE.

The following is a legal software license agreement between you, the software end user, and eSSENTIAL Accessibility Inc.. Carefully read this license agreement before using the product. Using the product indicates that you have read this license agreement and agree to its terms.  Grant of License. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. This license permits you to use one copy of the software included in this package on any single computer. For each software license, the program can be "in use" on only one computer at any given time. The software is "in use" when it is either loaded into RAM or installed into the hard disk, Server or other permanent memory. A special license permit from eSSENTIAL Accessibility Inc. is required if the program is going to be installed on a network server for the sole purpose of distribution to other computers.  Copyright. The software contained in this package is owned by eSSENTIAL Accessibility Inc. and is protected by International copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and all other applicable national laws. The software must be treated like all other copyrighted materials (e.g. books and musical recordings). No Other Warranties. eSSENTIAL Accessibility Inc. disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software, the accompanying written materials, and any accompanying hardware (if any).   No Liability for Consequential Damages. In no event shall eSSENTIAL Accessibility Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) which results from an inability to use this software, even if eSSENTIAL Accessibility Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Even it was no return policy on the product, the manager acknowledged the error and refunded the money plus he is going to tell me if they can get it. He saved the day. Good customer service.

I've shopped there for years, and mostly without any issue. But, I've recently experienced an issue that has left me no choice but to not shop there anymore. A while back, I was helping my mother and doing some work on her rental. I ended up going to HH two times in one day. On the second trip, I decided that it would be better to get "everything under the kitchen sink" so that I wouldn't need to make one more trip. I thought it would be easier to purchase everything and return what wasn't needed, to finalize the trips. Due to all the running around, I misplaced the receipt. Can't return it without a receipt. I searched elsewhere. Then, later, we found the receipt. Went to return it, knowing it was a couple weeks over their 90 day policy. Nothing was opened or damaged in any way. I went in, explained my situation, and asked for a exception. They said they needed to talk to the manager. He said no. I understand that they need to prevent shoplifting (thus the need for a receipt), as well as manage inventory. Heck, I can see them not allowing returns on seasonal items. Or items that are hard to sell. These were common, easily sold items. I then called him to explain my situation. His name is Gary. He was firm on the policy. "If you make exceptions, to a policy, you don't have a policy. Ha ha ha." I explained that this policy makes shopping there risky, in the event a receipt is misplaced, and something needs to be returned. I asked him how often a situation like this happens, and surely they can decide on a case by case basis. He didn't answer the question, and was firm on the policy. I was blunt and told him that this "risk" to shopping there will force me to shop at Home Depot. He said, "sure, until they start doing the same thing, and then where are you going to shop. Ha ha ha". I didn't think at the time to tell him that HD can email you a receipt, and can find your purchases via your payment method. So, he was content to let a minor (less that 100 refund) turn a client into a non client. And was quite glib about it. I've spent thousands there in the last two years. He obviously feels that sticking firmly to a policy is more important that keeping customers happy. So, not by choice, I won't be stepping foot into their store again. Which is a shame. Obviously, they advertise the policy, and knowing that they will not make exceptions says that, unless I am 100% certain that I'll never need to return it, I can't shop there.

M	Matt Tremblay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop here regularly. Most days the experiences are good, but other days, it's difficult to support them. The store in my opinion needs a serious reset. The amount of old junk in some parts of it are just nuts frankly. Half the time you stand in line at the cashes with you not knowing if a cashier is there or even them knowing that you are waiting to be served. All this because the insane amount of junk cluttered around that cashes so much so that the cashiers can barely see over the pile of junk. Simple products like an advertised sale in a flyer on Drywall Compound...... they don't even stock the product.....why is it on sale if you don't stock it...... no I don't want to wait a week for a bucket of drywall compound to be ordered and arrive from the warehouse..... it's not like I'm asking for a Gazebo kit to be in-stock. Wood prices are competitive, so are most other building materials. Staff can be awesome, but they can also be a challenge to get assistance from at times, moody would be a good way to describe it. Not expecting Frontline workers to be perfect, but nonetheless it is something to note. Like I said, it really is a hit and miss experience here. A new, larger, brighter and more well stocked Home Hardware is badly needed for a town approaching 40,000 in Population. Will I keep shopping here... Absolutely! I just know to prepare myself to be let down when coming here. Don't have high expectations and you won't be disappointed! Thank you for being part of our town, but work is needed to provide a more complete and harmonious shopping experience to your customers.
