★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Might as well go to full self-checkout considering how unhelpful and worthless the staff is. I really tried to check out with a cashier but despite there being an open checkout, the cashier wouldn't look me in the eye or help me at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I enter the store I am greeted warmly by the salesperson in the cosmetic department. She often goes out of her way to help me find what I need/want, thus saving me time and frustration. Next is the pharmacist who is also very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Then, last but certainly not least, are the cashiers out front, who I have always found to be courteous and efficient. I enjoy shopping here which says a lot! LOL I definitely recommend them The only reason I didn't given a 5 star rating is because of their prices; though their specials are quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually service here is seamless and the store itself always has what I'm looking for. Today I'm flabbergasted at the treatment I recieved from the pharmacist. As a student with out of province residency and health insurance, i always have some hang ups. I have no issue with this as i understand it can be a process to deal with a client such as myself. However today I arrived at shoppers for the third time trying to pick up a prescription. Because of a fax error, the previous pharmacist was going to fill my script no problem. I show up today to find out it was not done and the current pharmacist will not honour what was promised. He then proceeded to stand infront of me and talk through his poor pharmacy assistant and refused to look at me. She did the absolute best she could and i am grateful for her help, but I would expect better customer service from the pharmacist who seemed to be bothered that he had to do the bare minimum in his job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant say enough good things about all of the pharmacy staff, except 1 pharmacist is constantly rude and apparently not just to me. But I just try to avoid going there when he is working.
Mike, Jeff and Crys are absolutely amazing. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond to help me out and I'm definitely a pain in their necks sometimes. I love this location, I have been a weekly regular for almost 2 years.

Passing through from the interior this evening--on my way to Surrey in hopes of getting an urgent passport tomorrow and he was able to quickly take and process photos for me despite the late time I showed up. He's saved me the stress of finding some place open early in Surrey tomorrow morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the pharmacy at 11 pm today for medicine for my wife and my new born. The pharmacist ( a lady)on duty was amazing and excellent. She helped me out and answered all my questions and helped me find the medicines.
