The store was clean and stocked with the products I came in for. So happy to have a location here in Kamloops in addition to the Kelowna store!
N	Nora-Lyn Healey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Modern Thursday afternoon and I noticed and item that was regular $10.49 ? on sale with a tag that stated the item was between $7 to $8. When I took the item up the the cashier, I was surprised that she asked me for over $11 with taxes. I told her I was sure the item was on sale and confirmed it by checking the shelf tag. She refused to give me the sale price and stated that the prices were changing and she was in the middle of doing so by herself, she mentioned. She was not rude or mean about it, but the price I should have gotten was the sale price, not the regular price as that is what compelled the purchase. I was very disappointed in her attitude the price of my purchase and thought that if you were a new store in a city that already had 3 or more other beauty supply stores that you would want to make your new customers happy. Not impressed so far, and I was really excited for the opening of this store.

Today, we visited their Kamloops store branch and experienced pathetic customer service from the female staff on the counter. She was very argumentative and disrespectful and needs to learn listening and solutions giving skills. Store display on return policy is very confusing and they don't explain to customers while selling their products. I would appreciate if Kamloops store manager could contact us to provide us solution to our matter.
E	Erin Roach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you bring your hairdresser license plus photo ID if you’d even like to walk the store, as hairdresser licence isn’t enough to even walk through the store. Luckily we have West Coast Beauty, carrying higher end brands with super knowledgeable and friendly staff. No need to support this store, there are much better options in town.
