I wish more pharmacies in Kamloops had such great customer service like this one does. The parking lot is awkward and there's always a jerk who thinks it's okay to park right in front of the building in the fire lane, but that's not Shopper's Drug Mart's fault. (some concrete barriers might be helpful)

They're not helpful when you have questions they act as if you're a pharmacist & should know certain things. Or if they don't understand your question they get a bit defensive.

C	Cindy Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't shop at this location very often ,as they never seem to have certain items but the north shore store does ,even b4 covid .Was in the store yesterday with my raincheck and was treated very rude by employees (blond supervisor) ,as she was training on new system ,and rudley told ppl to wait ,or move to other till ,and than added that soon we will be ringing in our own stuff on selfcheck ,was also told to go to front of store to purchase at the pharmacy counter ,as they don't process rainchecks ,,,long time employee too ,that can't do raincheck ,hmmmmm ,she should be retrained if she can't.I reccomend IDA ,or London drugs ,as the staff are more than willing to serve you .

N	Nicole Flanagan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one pharmacist that is the rudest person I've ever met. It's the woman pharmacist. She treats me like I'm a druggie if I buy Tylenol 1. The way she talked to me was like I was some addict. Then has the gull to say "the reason why I have acne is the medication" I don't buy the meds for myself, it's for a family member. Yea, I care for my family member that's sick, but this lady made it seem like I'm taking them myself. The. Rudest. Person. Ever. Quit your job from being a pharmacist and maybe work with the elderly, and my acne scars do not reflect drug use, it's called hyperpigmentation. Go read a book.
