If anyone is reading this go shop elsewhere. Run these guys out of town! You're not welcome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with the Kamloops location. Seems like we just got everything that didn’t sell in Kelowna. Really hoping they bring some better brands in! (Polar, All Timers, Frog, Hockey, etc.). Right now it’s definitely aimed at an older demographic looking for children’s clothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome! The staff is so friendly and they were super helpful when I was buying my paddlboard. They even watched my pup while I found a couple bathing suits ? Really happy kamloops has a big board shop like this. Yea they opened up pretty close to another shop but the two really aren't comparable imo. Customer service was above and beyond here, the other place took 5 minutes to realize I was even in their store. Hope you guys do well here, welcome to Kamloops!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamloops needed a store like this. Great selection of all things skate and good prices. Both times I have been to the store the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that there should be more tills as it can get pretty backed up with just two. Glad I can finally get the name brands I want for my kids locally and not online without paying a huge mark up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed in One Boardshop in Kamloops.. I bought my son a balaclava for a xmas present from there. The employee assured me we could exchange it if he didnt like the style. Well he opened it xmas day, realized I got a s/m instead of a large and he mentioned this wouldnt be comfortable to wear with his long amd really thick hair. He wanted the Gator style like his sister. Ok, well i have a gift receipt. I can go exchange it, right. So i go to the shop today to exchange it....no sorry. Manager says we dont do refunds or exchanges on that product. What? I have a gift receipt here that your employee gave me. Ya sorry. My hands are tied. If i had known i couldn't exchange it, i would have bought a gift card or not bought anything at all. Super not cool. Really angry right now that I was convinced to buy something and was lied to that it was actually a final sale.

Ryan the service representative that was helping us was more interested in making sure what we bought was going to work for us ( and not about his sale ) . This is a quality that I really appreciate and will definitely be coming back there again.
