Not very good, had an appointment ? didn't accomplish anything. They are not in the travel business anymore - wish they had told me that when I made the appointment. Waste of time.

They lost my car. Who knows where they towed it to, and now I can’t get they to a person to ask questions because everything is automated. I will definitely look into other options for this service

I explained to BCAA what issues we were having in Merritt and they sent a tow truck as quickly as could be. They're very courteous and professional on the phone and we have been using BCAA and have been proud members for the last few years.

Was very fortunate to have Franca Hammond to help me with a travel insurance claim. She was very helpful. Would recommend her for any travel related issues.

Not happy with my first claim (hit and run) in 26 years of dealing with BCAA optional coverage. They only guarantee the work of two shops in this town of close to 100,000 population and my vehicle has not been fixed for two months now and counting. The shop I’m working with claim that they are extremely busy. In addition, BCAA and the Shop feel my vehicle is safe to drive even though the headlights are not aligned (one in the air and the other one towards the ground). BCAA quote, vehicle is not unsafe based in headlight issues. Also unable to start the process again with the other shop.

I wanted to renew and change my icbc coverage. I phoned the number on the website and was directed to house insurance instead of auto and ended up waiting for 35 minutes and then was transfered to the auto insurance number which I have now waited another 60 minutes for a total of 95 minutes and have not talked to a representative yet. If they are aware of the delays, and I am sure they are, there should at least be a call back option available.
