★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a simple insurance renewal. Zipped in to the office. The front gal seemed to be a little sressed out tied up with something not wanting to give me a hand. BUT this wonderful women from the back helped me out and completed my renewal! And - she - was there AFTER her day was already complete and was to go home to her family. But she showed up for me, 110% and was so sweet and chatty too. Service still with a smile!! (I think her expertise was house insurance.) I greatly appreciate when people go the extra mile for me - like how I treat my own customers. She was awesome!! And with my full schedule - that was literally the only time to get that timely insurance renewal complete. ?

She discovered a policy for one of my previous vehicles had never gotten cancelled when she was going through my insurance renewal on another vehicle. We have cancelled this other vehicle replacement policy and as a result, I will be receiving a cheque for $1002.00. Like I said, great service. Keep up the great work Rachael.
