Tonight it was delicious bruschetta and the amazing pineapple pizza...with a flight of tasty brew...all perfectly served by the fabulous (vanishing) Shantel! We had two servers walk past us as well so we didn't even bother eating here. Judging by the responses from some of the owners as well, it seems they can't take any responsibility for their own actions without trying to excuse it somehow, so makes sense that the service wouldn't be to par either.
S	Sarah Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I frequent Alchemy. Their pizza is delicious. On Wednesdays I find the super jalapeno lime chicken wings totally hit the spot. And it also like to highlight a few of their staff. Shantel R. the owner has a special way of making our table feel like we are all her BFFs when we have the pleasure of interacting with her. Newly hired server Henry was an absolute gem to meet last night. His gentle candor was very charming and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We went on trivia night and unfortunately they do not do reservations for even an event like this, we waited about an hour to get in. Our main dishes were Yummy and good quality but sides of fries were cold and the portions were small for things like the Mac and cheese bites. The beer and ciders were good. Our server (the manager) was clearly inpatient with how long we took to order even though it took her 10 minutes to get us menus and we had to ask for them. The building was very hot and the seating was uncomfortable. Our server clearly was not in a good mood when we first arrived but by the end of the night was a lot nicer and polite, she was probably just stressed when we first arrived but she should be able to handle that and not have it come through when interacting with customers. I probably won’t be back but I do know a lot of people who have had good experiences.
G	Gaby AR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the atmosphere. Best food so far. Best service. They accommodated our baseball team. My fav entree was the tacos with the garlic fries. Also the cheese burger is one of the best. The brisket was pretty tasty too. The pork belly was so good. Love love this restaurant. They have wine too.
D	Def Tek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brewery has an eclectic selection of beers, ciders and sours with unique names. All of which are quite good and cater to various palates. The highlights of my visit were the Ginger Apple cider and Belgian Witbier. The pizza also looks and smells great! Will definitely be back to try their ever evolving brewery menu. Highly recommend. If you’re not sure what will suit your tastes, try the beer flight and pick your favourites!
J	James Driver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, took our kids and they enjoyed the burnt ends, brisket poutine, chicken fingers and my wife and I shared their brisket burger. We splurged and had their deep fried Reese cups which were super rich as expected. It was a tight table for us and unfortunately I knocked over one of my flight samples and didn't get to try it. I wasn't asked what I thought of the beer and wasn't offered a replacement, as i would have purchased another. Honestly I wasn't even asked if I wanted another drink (I did). However, we got our food very quickly and it felt as though they wanted us in and out. We spent a lot of money to enjoy a night with our kids eating good food and the experience kind of disintegrated. Probably won't go back as there are lots of other option in Kamloops.
