C	Carrie-Anne Doucette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Thursday, I used the website to schedule an appointment for tire change over. I also requested to purchase 4 new tires, which were listed as in stock at the Salish road location. The confirmation email stated that I would receive a phone call within the next 24 hours to confirm the appointment. On Monday, the day I had requested the appointment for, I called the Salish road location stating that I had requested an appointment through the website, but never received confirmation. I was told that, "at this time of year, we don't check emails." The employee then did check through the emails and confirmed that they had received my appointment request, but couldn't accomodate my time. He advised that he could do it later in the day. I then asked if the price quote for the purchase of the 4 new tires was correct. He advised me that they don't have those tires in stock and would have to order them in. I responded that the website stated that you had the tires in stock at your location. To which the employee told me that they don't "work with the website. It's a head office thing.". In the day and age of people using online methods for price comparison, a business should be expected to use its website. Otherwise, update it or take it down.

Thankfully this location was open on the weekend to help me and could tackle the list of repairs I needed to get back up and running. The over the phone service was helpful and there quote on parts was a lot cheaper in the end than other places I contacted. In person the gentleman I was dealing with was a pleasure and made the process smooth and painless leaving me with a great experience. I have recommended this locations services to several others. Over all just wish to say thank you to all the staff that helped me out and got my rusty old dodge up and running again!

My car is a highly modified sports car with a 2 stage racing clutch, so I had some reservations at first. After dealing with OK Tire I now realize how lucky I was. Will, the manager or owner(?), was polite, professional, and understanding of my predicament. He quickly was able to settle my anxiety by having a very solid and knowledgeable Mechanic, Brian, troubleshoot my issue. After quickly diagnosing my issue and ordering parts I was driven to the airport to catch a quick plane home. I returned the following week, by plane, to pick up my car with no issues. This is a fine establishment with great management and qualified mechanics. Quality work at fair and transparent pricing. Thank you Will, Thank you Brian. I would recommend your team to my own family. Take care Ben

I had a diesel gelling problem due to the extreme cold spell, the tech wasn't even phased and knew exactly what to do. Even changed my battery out. as I had a long drive ahead of me, they also ensured that the problem itself was indeed fixed before letting me drive the car away. Not only that, Will at the front, even put items back into the hatch area I had in backseat. Truly found this shop went over and above anything I could have expected, very friendly and accommodating, plus very fair pricing. Highly recommend anyone go see them if you need anything done on your vehicle.
