I see people that are around 15 to 17 or 18 buying weed, bongs, And vape accessories. I'm Not putting any hate or anything I just think you guys should ask for ID more or forever. I gave you a ???? 4 star. Have a good one..
H	Heat My Shorts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome little shop! Always deadly heavy metal tunes playing on the speakers. Helpful and awesome guy working the counter. Sweet heavy metal shirts, patches, pipes, papers, trays, vaporizers, gothic and horror-themed home decor.... all sorts of cool goodies!!

I looked around for a while before walking out and the workers didn’t say a word to me once. Weird place… too bad it’s the only place to get a decent bong

K	Karen Shaben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible treatment of someone who had a legitimate mask exemption, which the mandate in BC allows for, and she provided Doctor's proof of it. Swore, told her she was a fraud and kicked her out and called the police, who agreed she had a legal exemption when she presented the paper work and agreed she had a human rights complaint. Definate violation of human rights whatever else . I have never been to this shop, didn't even know anything about it, but genuinely shocked at what happened to her.
A	Arielle Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming to this store for years now. every piece I own, every grinder, every paper, every bowl. EVERYTHING is from here and I’m satisfied with it all. If you ask any questions or need help with a new product, or even need information on how to use something, they will go above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. for example, yesterday I purchased a gadget that rolls joints easily. We had no clue how to use it so I asked about video tutorials online, and the one worker decided to show me how to do it with filters (in place of the kush obviously.) just one example of amazing service that i’ve received these few years. I remember a long time ago, I lived out of town and was running late, so I called and they actually stayed open a few minutes extra just so i could get what I need. I appreciate you guys for sure.
S	Shrek The Third on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon entering I was insulted and called names by the employee at the front desk and the homeless fellow he was talking to because I was wearing a face shield, I showed him my doctors note but he declined me service anyways. This wasn't even the first time I was hassled by their rude employees, needless to say I won't be returning and I will recommend my friends and family do the same.
A	Apryl Duthie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a customer of the Kamloops Rock n Smoke Shop since its opening, I was truly disappointed today when I was told I couldn't buy anything from the store without wearing a mask. If I'd gone in here with a mask 2 years ago, they would've set off the silent alarms. It's a shop open-minded enough to sell paraphernalia but still blind to what's actually going on. I immediately went elsewhere and will continue to do so in the future. I have numerous pieces of glass and vapeware from this store. Its gone downhill since Dave left but this is the last straw for me. I'm now shopping in a store that doesn't force a false "mandate" on my face. I can't support a business that doesn't support people
