L	Likhith Reddy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bawa, I'm probably spelling his name wrong. Sorry! He was amazingly patient. We walked in thinking to not buy anything, and walked out with our hands full. Found everything to our liking, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgable. In total we were there for two hours browsing and getting things set up. He was the assistant manager, and very attentive. The rest of the team was around for questions, and opinions as well. We've been shopping with them for our electronics since 2018. I will say, this has nothing to do with their service. The laptop works and is nice, but it took over four hours to set up. As I have noooo idea what to do with computers, but I had to install the graphics card/install driver. My opinion, would be to get everything set up with them, or have them walk you through things. Amazing customer service, salesman skills. He even got to know us personally, and asked us questions about us! We didn't feel rushed at all. The guy definitely needs a raise! Especially considering they looked understaffed. So glad they don't deal with fairstone anymore, it's a little bit glitchy but the new payment methods work out better than the old system. They give honest opinions, not just a quick sell to them. They price compare, and find all the best options for you...! Recommend for anyone looking to buy tvs, laptops etc. As even best buy had no idea what they were talking to me about, and were not as attentive and caring as visions electronics. The team seemed to work well together/ in sync. Many customers I saw left happy!

Took over a month to get our tv (prior to the supply chain issues) and they didn’t provide any updates along the way unless I called to check in. When our sound bar stopped working just over a year after we bought it we emailed them with our invoice number and thought we had a 2 year warranty. They made it sound like we were covered and told us to bring it in to the store and they’d help us out. We don’t live in Kamloops and drove an hour to bring our sound bar in. When we got there we found out only the tv was covered under the 2 year warranty. That’s fine, but maybe next time tell us before we drive over an hour with our sound bar. We provided our invoice number so it should’ve been easy for them to look up before telling us they’ll cover it. Now we have to drive to Kelowna later to get this all sorted. Could’ve just done that from the start. They’re friendly but only seem to care about making a sale and are high pressure when you’re in the store. After they take your money they don’t care at all about service. Avoid this store at all costs. Take your money elsewhere.

The staff were willing to answer questions and give details about different products that might do the same job. I'm pleased with my purchases and didn't feel pressured to buy. I got the impression that the staff wanted you to be happy with your experience and with your purchase. I will definitely shop here again!

He was very light hearted and professional. I have had almost ALL positive experiences shopping at this store. I love that the guys have a sense of humour as well. I forget his name (sorry) but I am very happy with my purchase, and am enjoying my new laptop that meets ALL my requirements and needs. Thanks a bunch guys!
