I was a little apprehensive when I saw how small it was from the outside, but it was a delightful surprise! It kept my young family (aged 2 and 5) busy for two full hours - we had to tear them away when it closed. When my five year old woke the next morning, the first thing he asked was of we could go back. The staff were engaged and clearly enthusiastic about science. Five stars from this mom!

My kids, 5 and 7 spent 3 hours here and loved every minute. Located in a small gym in an old suburban school. Perfect use of space. I'm sure school groups use it but we came on our own.

My boyfriend and I recently moved to kamloops in Febuary with our 4 year old I have heard alot of great things about BIG Little Science Center over the last few months and I decided to check it out. The moment we walked in the doors to the school we were greeted with a warm welcome I paid 6.00$ and my daughter was free it was worth every penny. We went to one of the classes that they had on at 1:30pm my daughter got to learn all about the planets and make a craft. They have so many fun things to do they have multiples stations they even have stick bugs fish and lizards. Over all it was a great experience all the staff are exsteamly nice and more than willing to help you with anything. Me and my daughter will be going back for many years to come. ? ?

I wish we knew about this place sooner. Passionate hands on staff were very helpful and informative. Kids and adults get to learn in a fun enviroment. Signage was helpful as we were not sure if we were at the right place. Location is a bit far out and an old school but worth the trip. A great spot to go on a rainy or smokey day.

This is a great place to visit on a cold or rainy day. The hands on room has so many things to try out. Kids can learn about a variety of different areas of science. The shows on the weekend give you even more to see and explore!

Excellent experience! Spent around an hour and a half there, the main science room is both informative and a ton of fun. The weekly show was an exhibit on static electricity, about 20 minutes long, well presented and very visual! The staff is friendly and helpful and the kids had a blast! Recommend!

This is a fun and interactive place to take kids 2-10 years old. Even the teen in our group enjoyed several of the activities. There are lots of interactive activities which get kids asking question and making discoveries. The main area is in a refitted school gym which creates a nice contained area for kids to explore. Big Little Science Centre kept my nieces and nephews entertained for a few hours. Other highlights were the coho salmon fry and the skink.

Called and got in today since someone cancelled, first time here since it's moved downtown. Staff were great and helped explain anything we had questions on, and were enthusiastic with our kids. Great experience and lots of fun things to check out. Happy to support this great science resource in town!
