Could not input my address correctly when driving to my location and did not contact me to correct this error until the next day when all delivery drivers had left for the day. No one tried to contact me to correct this within a timely manner and I know have to wait significantly longer for a small item I paid prime shipping for. .

HORRIBLE service! I ordered a package on December 16th and still have not received it. While I understand shipping delays are inevitable in the currently world climate, the package has been sitting at the "delivering warehouse" since January 2nd, it is currently January 9th and I have still not received my package or any updates regarding it. I have attempted to contact Intelcom customer service via online chat (which there is almost never an available agent and when there is the chat states "customer disconnected chat" and kicks me off prior to actually speaking with anyone), phone (which I have tried and waited on hold for a combined total of 2 hours and never had a representative answer), and email which I still have not received a response from. I am not usually one to writer bad reviews and have never had an issue with Intelcom in the past, but I am left very frustrated in regards to this experience and am at a loss as to how to receive my package at this point.

Was told to contact them after an unsuccessful delivery. They were beyond rude, offered no reasons for the failed delivery and told us to contact the vendor then hung up on me. All week we have called daily because the previous day we were told it’s out for delivery and it never shows up. We are never given as reason, and told it’s out today for delivery. We have a free standing house with a covered porch and there is no reason for it not being delivered. It’s absolutely unacceptable service. It’s been over a week of our parcel being out for delivery and we still don’t have them.

Office is so dis organized. They won't deliver to my address (yet they are supposed to) i spend more time chasing down driver as they, take the package out for delivery (instead of leaving it in the office) and for the next 48 hours I get attempt to deliver emails. Until driver calls or I spent 30+ min waiting for them to return to office.

I wish I could rate them lower. They come at 9pm or they don't come at all and say delivery next day but takes them 4 days to re deliver attempt. I try talking to customer service and they either don't respond and disconnect or I get vague answers. Ive had parcels in my location for a week but no deliveries. I ask to pick up and they don’t allow it. Wish Amazon and other providers wouldn’t use these guys. Negative 5 stars. So so horrible

They almost always mis deliver my packages from eBay. I just climbed my neighbors fence to get a package. Intelcom even sent me a photo of the wrong house with my package at their door. Absolutely no care in delivery at all

Totally useless experience-these people are supposedly the local Amazon representative but they do not answer the phone and my delivery to the local hospital failed times 2-I suspect the driver simply could not be bothered to get out of the truck and come into the hospital. It is virtually impossible to talk to a real person either at this service or Amazon-when I went online for their online tracking I was on hold for over 3 hours and gave up-when I tried to reach Amazon there is no way to actually speak to a real person. Do not have this firm delivery of Amazon packages or you will never get them

I had a very pleasant experience with the delivery of a pkg to my address, which is an Apt Bldg. They young lady who delivered the pkg PHONED me when she arrived at our address and then I let her in to the building. THIS is the FIRST time this has happened with many deliveries that I have had from INTELCOM. She should be COMMENDED very highly in my estimation for her work diligence. I would hope that Drivers in the Future do the same as she did. Phone me first. All of my other deliveries have been left at my Apt Door. I don't know how they got into the bldg. as, they would have to be let in by the person they were delivering too, and, that has NEVER happened. AND, to top it off, they didn't even knock hard on our door so we could answer. They drop the pkg at the door and take a picture. THAT DOES NOT make me very happy at all. When they knock, they should used a key or coin, so I would hear it. The door is at the opposite end of my apt and, if, they knock lightly with their knuckles, I cannot hear them. Once again, MY HIGHEST COMPLIMENTS to the Young Lady who delivered my large package today and she had a nice Smile and was VERY POLITE.
