★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced the worst customer service ever !! I called the company,not once, not twice, not three times, but four freaking times.
I am selling my MH and I need a Silver Label. The first couple of times I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they did say they were busy and a little behind. On call number three, I asked point blank if they were too busy to do a silver label on a MH or perhaps the job was too small for such a large company ( I believe the cost is about 5k). No they said, and they promised someone would get right back to me.
No call!! So I called them for the fourth time and said, "look if you're to busy, just say so and recommend me to someone else, something called common courtesy. oh know the lady said, I am so sorry that we haven't called you, I promise I will get someone on this right away. That was last Friday and no call. So I called one of their competitors and they will be here in the morning. When things work out with this next company I will update this post with their name so people know where to look !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left a message two days ago asking for someone to inspect my electrical panel and give me options on expanding it. Never got a call so it is obvious they are as the previous review, not interested in new business or providing quality service. Have a call into another company for my needs. Not playing their game of having to make multiple calls to get them to take my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted Houle Electric to install an exterior plug on our house and found all staff to be professional, and friendly. The electrician was able to find a more efficient way to complete the installation meaning that the final price came in below the quote. We will definitely be using Houle in the future! Thanks Andy and Josee!
