★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 Sessions full recovery. A sceptic at first but learning and implementing the exercises prescribed by Sue worked well. Back pain gone and posture corrected leading to more energy and better health. One of the most enjoyable parts was the friendly atmosphere and laughter in learning new movements. Thank you to Sue and Natalie for all their wonderful kindness. +Loved the surprise gift at the end of completion :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Exhale Center is amazing! Just walking through the door brings a sense of peace and relaxation. Natalie Saari is amazing at Kinesiology. I spent an hour in her studio yesterday, I entered with a body full of stress and pain and left feeling centered and calm. I highly recommend Exhale Center for Yoga, Kinesiology and recovery therapy.

The therapy I recieve is completely tailored to me and my needs . I love kinesiology because I feel that I have something to take home with me to work on myself . I feel in control of my recovery .
I also, personally, feel hesitant towards my body being cracked back into place , so this treatment in conjunction with osteopathy is perfect for my comfort levels .
I highly recommend exhale centre .
I feel safe , heard ,understood and comfortable at every appt I have.
Thank you exhale centre for continuing to be apart of my recovery.
