I can’t say enough good things about both the meal plan and training with Cass! I lost 9.5 inches in 4 weeks without feeling like I was restricting myself and always thoroughly enjoyed the meals and recipes that he provided. I’ve learned how to change my lifestyle, not just diet and am thankful for the assistance Cassidy gave me in learning how to form healthy habits. I train with him 3x a week and never get bored with the workouts and always leave in a full sweat. Between the training and nutrition plan I feel like a new and improved version of myself and look forward to continuing to use his meal plans well into the future

I suffered an injury and had always stayed away from certain work outs with the fear of making it worse. However, Cassidy guided my through work outs throughly and allowed me to be vulnerable while he offered support and encouragement.
