★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michael Hills, RMT, worked on my shoulder, arm & hand which was injured due to a fall. He explained what he found and what he was doing to elevate the pain. He also gave me exercises to do. I found Michael extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely see him again when I'm in Kamloops.

I overheard her on the phone offering to book her client in with another therapist, because the person needed to be seen right away, and Ashley was booked. This is a person who genuinely cares about your health, and what is best for YOU. I have seen Ashley for three separate and unrelated cases. I had damaged my left arm and was left with limited range of motion, accompanied by moderate discomfort. Ashley treated me for that, and I am fully recovered. Fast forward a couple of years - I had an on and off searing pain in my shoulder and bicep area in both arms. Turns out this is caused by sticky muscle fascia. Once again I turned to Ashley - a few sessions with her and I am pain free. And lastly, like most of us - I spend more and more time sitting in front of a computer. This caused my upper neck to tire, and my mid and lower back to compensate. Kamloops Optimal Health and Ashley Leighton, R.M.T. for the win.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Jennifer Campbell RMT for the past 4 or 5 years and she does an amazing job. Listens to whats ailing you and works on the aforementioned area. She reminds me of mighty mouse in the sense that she is small but holy cow she's got strong hands. She's very friendly and personable and most of all very professional. Id recommend her to anyone and everyone.
