They have made me feel safe and welcome during a major life change. As well have been very respectful while dealing with intimate parts of my body. 10 stars, would absolutley reccomend.

Today I, I went for laser hair removal and was quite nervous after googling the treatment and seeing horror stories. RaeAnn got me through it, she explained the process and what to expect. A couple places, as I had my legs and bikini area done, did hurt a bit but she got me through it and adjusted as needed while giving me a treatment that was strong enough to be effective. It's too soon to speak to the effects of the treatment but I am not nervous for the second treatment and look forward to completing the treatments and not needing to shave :) some pain during the lasering yes but not so bad that it's not 100% worth it, and the pain is gone instantly.
M	Mary Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the service I had. I did not find them very professional at all. I went in looking for electrolysis to remove the hair on my tattoos. They suggested they could do laser and electrolysis to remove the hair on my tattoo. On my 2nd appointment, they burnt my tattoo with the laser in several different places. When I phoned and emailed them, all I got was, sorry for how the equipment brunt you-not for what happened. They offered cream, but I got antibiotic ointment from a dr. As I would rather have something prescribed to prevent infection rather than what they were offering. No accountability on their part at all. Did no follow up to see how I was healing. Didn't seem concerned at all. Till I stated I would not be making another appointment with them. No refund offered at all for appt-even tho now tattoo will have to be touched up. Putting this on here more, for anybody that is looking to get hair removed on a tattoo, please make sure not to use a laser. This was an extremely painful experience, and I'm still healing after 4 weeks later

She provided a lot of information, was kind, courteous and professional. I absolutely LOVE this place and always look forward to going be it an appointment or to buy products. The staff are all amazing, patient, knowledgeable and I always leave feeling completely satisfied. Fabulous way to end the week!! Thank you & Kudos to all of you for jobs very well done!

The awesome service begins with the receptionist and ends with one of the qualified technicians. I have a high pain tolerance and I always like the aggressive treatments, so she really listened and went 120% on my skin ? it's been 2 weeks post treatment and my skin looks incredible! One of my favourite treatments that I love to do every few months. It's really helping with my hyperpigmentation from acne, little bit of pitted scarring I have, and with my fine lines I've started getting. Diana has been in the industry for a long time and I highly recommend her!! Looking forward to my next microneedling soon!
