They look fantastic, and Arnica was so patient and gentle. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who's interested in their first pair. Further, the atmosphere and decor we're both inviting and relaxing. Brad, Shannon, and Arnica honestly set the bar for me for how customer service should feel. They were so lovely and understanding. Thank-you to the whole team at Sugar and Spice. Can't wait for my next appointment!

My eyebrows have never looked better than when I leave an appointment with Arnica. Arnica is attentive to detail and listens to your requests. She is professional and makes the service incredibly relaxing, as well as offering incredible advice on how to get the most out of your service. The staff are a wealth of knowledge! I usually come after my night shifts and I am always left feeling refreshed. The studio is clean, quiet, and beautiful. They are very diligent with their COVID protocols. I cannot recommend Sugar and Spice enough - I am excited to try out more of their services! I will absolutely be returning!

They have incredibly kind and professional staff that make you feel right at home. The spa itself is exceptionally clean and the incredible décor, an added pleasure. This spa has most importantly followed health guidelines that allow me to feel safe at appointments. As far as specific treatments go, their facials are next to none - always leaving my skin feeling plump and refreshed!

I have perfect brows when I leave which are full, symmetrical and natural, just how I love them. I have at least 5 other ladies I know who will not see anybody else for their lashes here too. I’ve also had a Lash Lift services a few times and I loved not curling them for months on end. If you try Sugar and Spice, you will not be disappointed and if you were for any reason, these ladies wouldn’t hesitate to make it right for you. I would absolutely recommend this business!

I was nervous going in with no previous experience, but was comforted that Arnica is so knowledgeable and has a very warm personality. Since it was all so new to me she spent extra time going over the different treatments; their potential outcomes, how low/high maintenance they are well as aftercare and makeup tips to keep them looking prime! I will definitely be back, and may even go for a lash tint and lift while I’m at it!

Firstly, when I booked my appointment, I received a message that very clearly outlined how to find the location and what the protocols surrounding Covid would look like once I arrived to the salon. This made me feel comfortable and confident going to Sugar and Spice for services during this time. I arrived slightly early and was able to enjoy their outdoor courtyard until my appointment time when I was greeted and given friendly but clear direction on what to expect and where to go when entering. I was already impressed by this salon before even receiving any services and was even more pleased after the fact! I received wax services from Stephanie White. I was a first time “intimate wax” client at this location and Stephanie made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. She continually explained what she was doing and checked in on comfort levels often. Stephanie took her time and made sure everything was perfect using both wax and tweezers. Thank you Stephanie for the amazing service! If you are looking for a wax artist, I 110% recommend Stephanie.

She made me feel like the most special and beautiful bride, and it was such a great way to relax before the wedding day! Everyone there does! I had the most incredible facial there that I tell everyone about. She uses top quality products and is extremely committed to cleanliness. Another thing I love is they've always got fun funky music playing :) I won't go anywhere else, they take such great care of me!
