Although my first experience wasn't great the way they handled it after was timely and appreciated. :) My facial was lovely and the atmosphere was nice. My pedicure was rushed and hurt. The lady doing my pedicure complained that no one told her I had gel on my nails and she wasn’t going to have enough time because she had to go pick up her kids from school. She was super rushed and skipped parts of the pedi that I paid for in my package. I was happy with the facial but disappointed in the pedi especially considering the price

A lot of other reviews talk about "great pricing", and maybe it is for this area, but I'm used to paying the same price for a full mani/pedi combo in my hometown. I was baffled by the requirement to give a credit card to hold my appointment and the 48 hour cancellation policy...for a pedicure. If you require all that, it might be a nice courtesy to call and confirm the appointments with your clients 24-48hrs before. When booking the appointment, the receptionist wasn't exactly rude, but she wasn't really friendly or accommodating either, which isn't a great first impression for a spa. The ladies who did the pedicures were lovely and I very much enjoyed their company! However, I did not feel that the overall treatments were worth the money I paid. Treatments included a soak, quick foot massage, brief file, nail/cuticle clean up, and basic polish (no scrub or leg massage as advertised). The polish turned out beautifully for one of the pedicures, but the other was rushed and a bit sloppy, then I was rushed out the door with very wet toenails in the middle of winter. Honestly, these may have been the most mediocre pedicures I've ever purchased, and for considerably more than I'm used to paying. I might try them again for a different service, but will pass on the nail services.

J	J B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was relaxing, good experience overall! Wish there was a bit more oomph to this place? I went on a Monday and maybe that's why it seemed that the staff were kind of "blah". They do good work, though! I bet they deal with a lot of Karen's so I give kudos to them for that.

From waxes to pedicures to lash lifts, I have never had a bad experience. Definitely the spa I recommend the most.

My skin has always been too sensitive to handle facials, but Your Escape is the only place I have been able to tolerate the facial products. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is I am short (5'3") and I find the chairs incredibly uncomfortable because of this. The chairs are too deep for my short little legs. In order to reach the bowl with my feet I have to sit far up in the chair even with the pillow they give you.

I like to support a local business and is in a great location. My favourite is the pampering pedicure. I recommend Your Escape Day Spa and appreciate their flexible hours and online booking.

Then they will call to redo it, saying that the top master will redo it. You will come, and there the same master that has already done you badly for the first time, who will do a little better. Manicure wear time - a week. I highly do not recommend this place.
