Justin even contacted outstanding companies for us to elicit rebuild bids for our house. The caring and integrity of Justin and his crew, and the way they anticipated our needs and concerns, were greatly valued and appreciated. Kamloops is so very fortunately to have such an outstanding company. We highly recommend Concord First Knight to anyone requiring the services of a full service restoration company. They were able to get day of emergency response to come in and begin clean-up and drying of the area. They were also able to suggest some great contractors to complete the restoration work. Would recommend.

Could not be happier with the services I received from Justin at Concord. They truly understand how stressful it is to have your home damaged. From the moment we first called we were in good hands. Concord got back to me within minutes and explained that their team was on the job and how the whole process would work. Every call was treated with care and compassion.
Throughout the whole process I was informed of each and every step and impressed with the safety precautions taken. I could not be happier with the results, our home is better than new!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaydon went above and beyond to help me in an emergency situation on a Sunday. I highly recommend him, and this company, to anyone thinking about hiring them. I accidentally spilled a can of white paint onto the carpet in my apartment building hallway, and Jaydon arrived as quickly as he could to clean the carpet before the paint dried. He did a fantastic job and the carpet was spotless by the time he was done. He even offered to follow up in a few days to make sure that the carpet dries clean. I am so happy with this company and relieved that Jaydon was available on a Sunday. 5+ stars!

The crew was amazing and respectful, informing us when they were going to arrive, what they were able to accomplish, and let us know next steps.
