★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basement Lights and power was out, but no breakers were flipped. After coming out and checking behind a lot of switches, they charged me almost $700 to "fix" it. Fast forward a few months and the exact same issue happened again. I was told it would be the same charge if it was the same issue, but would check with the manager. Manager said a tech would come out and check on issue before charging anything, but it took days before anyone showed up.
Tech found a loose wire in the electric panel that the first guy only wiggled back to touch the other wires. They attempted to charge me a 2nd time for the exact same issue. Very unprofessional to charge over $1000 to secure a loose wire!
Will never use them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was most impressed by the professionalism displayed by the whole crew, from Cam with his consultation to the whole installation crew including the duct cleaner. Very good service and fair pricing. Even the little details were well covered. I highly recommend Fox and Sons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired fox to replace a bunch of ducting and a few misc things. Was quoted for over 7000$, Work was completed quickly the very next day by very proficient service techs, but only 81% of the work that was on the quote was needed to be done, after inquiring with the company no price adjustment at all was made for the other tasks that weren’t completed. Would not recommend anybody go with them in the future.
