They are extremely unprofessional, do not complete work as job description, will damage multiple things in your house. The reviews on google really speak for themselves. Do your homework before using them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want nothing more than to offer a great review of a local family run business, but unfortunately in this case it has been nothing but empty promises, terrible customer service and botched products.
We have been back and forth with Sage Countertops for over a year, giving them MANY opportunities to correct mistakes made on our counter tops, mistakes the owner has taken full responsibility for and has promised to replace, at this point we are asking for a full refund giving us an opportunity to order products elsewhere, we paid a lot of money for nothing, including having to replace our sinks and outlets as epoxy has been poured over them as well.
Honestly wish it hadn’t gone this way as we have other projects we wanted to order to complete our renovation, what should have been an awesome experience has turned into a year of frustration and unfinished work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I was pleased with the installation of new countertops and had them build me a pantry. The pantry took over six months to complete after numerous ignored inquiries. By this time the countertop around the sink had cracked and been replaced once. And then cracked again! The edges of the counters have turned from a white to a grey and further cracks are showing up all over.
January 2021 I was promised a new countertop for around my sink, but nothing but crickets since.
Do not walk, run from this business.

The entire team treated us awesome right from the start to finish .Be careful when you visit their showroom , there are so many colors and designs on display I found myself being drawn in 100 different ways lol. Your imagination is your only limit cause the team can really help you and work with you so you get what you want . definitely recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are nice people no doubt. However, they are not trades people and it shows. My experience echos many who have reviewed. I suspect the good reviews are right after install when everything was pledged up. Coffee tables and some commercial applications might be ok with this product but until they hire certified tradespeople, I think the quality will continue to be of concern. I wanted to love this product as they are a nice family but my counter looks like paint has spilled on it rather than nicely designed, the process took forever due to several issues, my sink had to be hooked up by a plumber after they couldn't. They didn't tell me they hadn't hooked my dishwasher drain back up whilst waiting for plumber so when i ran my dishwasher it flooded under my cabinets. They hung in there to try and get things right, but i felt they were in over their heads and it was so frustrating. I wish i had checked with other customers who have had this product installed for a while before i spent the money.
