★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chairs they use are so old some work some don’t remotes are cracked and the staff are cutting corners like crazy. Used to love coming here as you used to get a full treatment but barely there 15 mins and rushed out with little to no attention given to feet and trust me I saved my feet for this visit as it has been a while. Will not be coming back to this place as there is better value for your money out there and this is just an honest review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pedicure and manicure yesterday (May 21, 2022). They did both at the same time, which in my opinion, is not very relaxing. First you have to have your body turned (as they could only work from one side) in order for them to do both hands. She did do a very good job of my manicure though. However, the pedicure was a different story. I asked them to not use a dremel on my toes (that tool is made for carpenters and should not be used on nails). He seemed to be upset that I didn’t want a dremel used on my nails. Then he used an electric wand to take your calluses off. He immediately cut me with it because it’s very sharp on the edges. Then he pressed so hard on the top of my foot that I yelled and had tears in my eyes. I am not sure why he did that but it immediately left a bruise. If it allows me to upload pictures, I will show the cut and bruise. The disappointing point was that He didn’t seem the least bit concerned that he had hurt my foot so badly. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jovy did my nails today and she did a fantastic job, she made sure they looked similar on each side and the made sure the shape was what I wanted! She was so sweet and helped me step out of my comfort zone and pick the colour I actually wanted! She is fantastic and I will definitely be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and I went here and got pedicures and gel polish. The girls are sooo amazing and pay attention to detail. Very kind and ask you how you like the nails along the way! They go above and beyond to make it a nice experience! The owner is very nice to deal with for payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a full set of acrylic nails done by Moon who is just the sweetest lady. She is so good at what she does and you can really tell she has a passion for nails. She engages in conversation with you, asks you how you like your nails throughout the process and takes her time to give you the best experience. Can't wait to go back for a fill as I found my go-to nail tech ☺️
