I told her prior to starting my nails that I wanted a n ombre from pink to white, and she said she's able to do it. when it was time to put the polish, she only put pink-clear polish and said that " the ombre from the acrylic appears from underneath", that isn't what I asked for. She then proceeded to say that she cant do ombre and for me to just pick a pink shade and she'll add stickers. I was already upset Due to being there for over an hour and 30 mins for a full set. On top of not receiving the designed I asked for, they charged me $71 for the full set. Certainly won't be going there again

We explained we wanted to be together hence booking together. Very rude lady said no we have to sit apart cause that is where their stations are. We explained again. We booked to be together as this is our only time with busy schedules. We did not get nails done. She was so rude

My acrylic finger nails done here have always been better than any other place I've attended in Kamloops and Kelowna. I absolutely love the results and they always look very natural. They don't pinch, are strong and don't feel unnatural. This business is very clean and tidy. The staff here are lovely and treat me like a valued customer. My husband and I do pedicures here together too and the service is great. I like the fact I can usually get in for an appointment when I ask. Definitely would recommended this business for any of there services.
M	Michaela Jyrkkanen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front staff was friendly but I wasn't impressed with the quality or service from the lady who did my nails - Linda. She didn't sanitize her tools after using them on me so I assume they weren't sanitized before me as well. The acrylic tips she used to lengthen my natural nails are pulling and are so uncomfortable. The hard gel base turned out lumpy and none of the nails are the same length. I was charged a $20 fee for nail art on two fingers. I could tell she was rushing through to get me out quick because she didn't let the nails cure under the UV light for the whole amount of time so my overpriced nail art is already chipping and falling off. The gel base and nail glue cured to my skin and my cuticles and the gel base is already starting to peel away from my nail. They look ok from far away but I'm so unhappy with how uncomfortable they are.
D	Danielle Bailly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I will never go back. I got an acrylic fill with gel polish but asked for all gel. Not only are they too thick (cute polish design though), the manicurist kept getting up from her seat and was too focused on other issues occurring in the salon than my nails resulting in a rush job. 1 week later: I went in today to show them my lifting after 1 week of normal wear and instead of offering some help or solution, they blamed my use and said some garbage about it being normal. In fact, it's a breeding ground for bacteria but they would not listen. Not one solution offered. The girl at the counter blamed everything else. I have had my nails done many times over the years and this is a first.I am not inexperienced and its clearly poor workmanship on their part. I do not recommend and I will avoid this business.
J	Jasleen Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if possible!! Asked for gel nails but just got gel polish. The nail tech removed my previous gel but didn’t apply the new one. Very sloppy work, not professional for sure!! They don’t know how to file nails, not satisfied with the shape and length as they cut too short and they’re uneven. 2 days in and my nails are already chipping off. If I just wanted nail polish, I could do it myself at home and that too way better than they did. They keep talking to each other in their language while providing the service and get distracted a lot. When called in and told that it’s disappointing, the lady on phone said you got what you asked for. Basically paid for nothing and getting my nails redone after 2 days from somewhere else. The least they could do was ask if they can fix it somehow or apologize for the experience maybe? This was the first and last time at excel nails. Would not recommend to anyone.
