★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always feel that our pets (we have a cat and a dog) are well cared for at Limestone. I love the rewards program, too - we buy our food from the office and it contributes to discounts and savings later on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right from the start…so friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I even received a follow up email the next day to see how Louie was doing! The facility is so clean and well maintained as well. I definitely recommend Limestone City Animal Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately our family did not have a good experience with this clinic as our dog was declining and eventually needed to be put down. We were not offered compassionate care when our dog became sick with Lyme disease, only offered extremely expensive testing before they would provide supportive care in her last stages of life. Our family felt there was primarily a profit motive behind their recommendations, rather than a desire to give the care our dog needed. We eventually found a vet at another clinic who was able to provide the end-of-life care she needed. Sadly, we received an automated email from Limestone City Animal Hospital requesting feedback (which we did), signing off with "we hope to see you and your dog again soon!", an insensitive statement as we had just put our dog down the day prior. Overall, this clinic has demonstrated a lack of compassion and care, with thoughtless customer service. We concluded that this clinic seems to be highly profit motivated and have thankfully been able to move our pets over to the clinic who helped us when we needed it with our dog this week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They we extremely helpful on the phone and saw my little kitty quickly at no charge! He was fine and didn't need any procedures. I thought for sure they would charge something. They were just happy to check him out and give me Peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time there with my new puppy. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely calmed my new puppy parent nerves. The facility itself was clean and very professional. Dr. Julie was great with Coal and she explained everything clearly and in terms that I could understand. I'm so very glad I found this animal hospital. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Time and time again we are shown compassion, professionalism, honesty and above all.....AMAZING, LOVING care for our fur babies.
Amazing doctors and techs, that are always welcoming and supportive in good and bad times.
They have gone above and beyond for all our babies, in life as well as at the end.
We truly feel like a part of the family knowing we can trust our pets care, well being and overall life with this team.
We will continue to take our pets to Dr. Shepherd and the staff at Limestone Animal Hospital and absolutely encourage others to do the same!!
