And what they do is maintain my computers in good working order, build and maintain my website, and answer all my computer and internet questions. They do all that in a professional and personal manner, at fair and reasonable cost. When I think about computers or the internet, I think of Response IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Response IT has been the service provider for our business for a few years now and they have been amazing to work with. They a responsive and timely in fixing any issues that crop up. They liaise with 3rd parties on our behalf (i.e. Bell for internet) and they are proactive in their roles to help prevent any issues. We have been thoroughly impressed and are extremely grateful for the personal service we receive.

There's always someone to quickly take a call, and the technicians all do a great job, responding to our tech issues quickly, whether by dialing in remotely, or coming in person. The name 'Response I.T.' is appropriate, as the team there has been very responsive to our needs.
